Mystery Candidate

Don't you find it strange that in his whole life Barack Hussein Obama did not have one friend?   And don't you find it strange that there is mass confusion about where [he] was raised, where he went to school, and his early life as a young man?

The central question our intelligence team had to answer is why all the secrecy?   Why all the confusion?

There were stories, articles, and movies [indicating] that he was raised in Indonesia, Hawaii, and Kansas... then conflicting stories about where he went to school.   Nothing was proven because everything was [covered by] a shroud of mystery.   Where did he come from?   And then we learned in 2008 that this little-known senator with no background, no friends, no real political experience, was all of a sudden the front runner to be President of the United States.   To make matters even more suspicious, the money he raised came from foreign sources with fictitious names that cannot be traced.

So the questions became:
"Who is Barack Obama?"
"Where did he come from?
"Why is he running for President?"
"And who is supporting him?"

But then something stranger happened.   With all the questions before the American people, with all the subterfuge put out by the Obama campaign, it was the liberal national news media that leveled a national black-out on any investigative story about Barack Obama.

The powers in charge did not want you or the [other] American people to know who Barack Obama really was.   Those in charge did not want you to know where he really came from.   And most important, you were not to know where the foreign money came from to buy his election.

But as you and I now look back at what Barack Obama has done as President you and I can see the reasons for all the secrecy, the confusion, and the mystery.
 

Who is Responsible for the Obama Presidency?

It was certainly not impossible for anyone with a computer or a means of reading books to dig into Obama's past and find out who he really is.   When my wife and I began to do so about two years before the election, we could not believe that Obama had a chance of being elected.   At that time, it was apparent that he was a pupil of Saul Alinsky, a community organizer first class, a favored candidate of George Soros, and a favored candidate of the Shadow Party.

Saul Alinsky was a neo-communist who studied the ways of Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin, Lenin, and other unsavory characters.   He developed ways for a small minority to take over a large majority.   He wrote two books on the subject: Reveille for Radicals and Rules for Radicals.   My wife and I read them both.   They were not terribly long and anyone could read them, but most of the voters did not bother.   Hitler took over Germany because he knew that most of the young people were interested in only two things: sex and sports.   So he gave them those things with one hand while taking away their liberty with the other hand.

In Rules for Radicals we see that the favored characteristics of a community organizer are almost precisely the same as the clinical characteristics of a psychopath.   If we examine the life of George Soros, we see that he was and is a psychopath.   If we look at the foundation and history of the Federal Reserve, we see that it is actually an illegal Big Banker's Cartel that wants world domination and almost has it now.   This cartel is the tip of the iceberg that is the Shadow Party, the party that usually determines the outcome of our elections.   See The Federal Reserve System.   Another part is the Council on Foreign Relations.   See World Government.

So who is responsible for the phenomenon that is Barack Obama?   Is it Alinsky, Soros, or the Shadow Party?   In the final analysis it is the large group of American voters who are too mentally lazy to pay attention ("I don't like politics.") and too ignorant (deliberately stupid) to know who is not good for the nation.   If you are one of these - thanks a lot.   Please go to Russia, China, or Cuba where your presence will be appreciated - and stay there.   Hint: Cuba is the closest, easiest, and least expensive to which to travel - you might be able to swim there from Florida.

 
Political Correctness

"Political correctness" is something introduced by the communists in America to shield themselves and confuse anyone who looked into their actions.   The communists in America infiltrated and decided to call themselves by different names.   This is an old trick of the Secret Police in Russia.   It may be a lot older if we were to look into it further.

"Liberal" is a name stolen by the communists in America.   The original meaning was much different and can be found in older dictionaries.

"Progressive" is another name stolen early on from the progressives of Theodore Roosevelt's time.

"Democrat" is the name of an infiltrated and stolen political party.   This party is not the same as the true American Democrat Party.

The "Moderate Republicans" of today are pawns of the Federal Reserve bankers or any other group that will donate to their campaign funds.

"Socialists" are actually communists, but they hide under a less disliked name.   Socialism is the road to communism and there is no essential difference - both are Marxist even though the socialist may be too ignorant to realize it.

I do not capitalize "communist" most of the time because the communists in America often do not know what they are.   In the old Soviet Union, they were called "useful idiots".   Therefore, the American communists are not usually members of the Communist Party in America, and the American socialists are not usually members of the American Socialist Party.   See Communism and Marxism
 

Fraud, Perjury, and Conspiracy

Obama lied about his eligibility to serve as President.   Under Section 1, Article II, of the Constitution, "No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of adoption of the Constitution, shall be eligible for the office of the President ..."

The procedure for checking applicants to military academies (West Point, Annapolis, Air Force, and Coast Guard) in 1955 was very thorough.   The FBI interviewed teachers, employers, parents, coaches, neighbors, and any others they could.   If there were anti-American acquaintances, Communists particularly at that time, the applicant was turned down.   Documents such as birth certificates, driver's licenses, etc. were routinely scrutinized.

When Obama was running for the Presidency, the FBI was useless.   Sometime between 1956 and 2008, several things happened.   One was to make it illegal for the FBI to monitor the movements of Communists in the United States.   Apparently, it was also illegal for the FBI to check out candidates for the Presidency of the U.S.   God only knows what else was taken away from our national security during that period.   The result is an indication of the infiltration by the left and by Muslims in key positions within our government.

There was information available before the election that put Obama into power.   My wife and I found it easily enough and tried to get the media interested.   But even Fox News refused to deal with it until later when Glenn Beck was featured.   We knew that the media had been hijacked long before by the left.

Executive Order No. 1, the first to be signed by Obama when he became President, sealed all of his records from public scrutiny.   Jerome Corsi was punished when he attempted to research Obama's birth, but he persisted anyway.   Corsi calls Obama the "fraud president".   Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation, has launched a campaign to expose B.O. as an imposter.   He has presented a photocopy of a "Registration of Gradebook" that serves to establish the fact that B.O. is not a U.S. citizen.   It was apparently filled out by his father so that B.O could enter school in Indonesia.

The document shows that Barry Soetoro's claimed date of birth was in Honolulu on 4-8-1961, his nation of citizenship was Indonesia, his religion Islam, his address Menteng Dalam R001/R003, his date of acceptance 1-1-1968, he was in first grade, his listed parent was Lolo Soetoro, his father's occupation was unintelligible but had to do with "Geography" (name of mother used only if father was deceased), and his father's address (same as B.O.'s).  : Other blanks were not filled in.

It is an Indonesian government document that shows B.O. is the acknowledged son of an adoptive father, who was an Indonesian citizen.   This alone arguably denies B.O. the chance of being a natural-born citizen of the U.S.   At the time that B.O. lived and attended school in Indonesia, Indonesia barred foreign students from attending its public schools.   Every time that a child registered in an Indonesian school, the child's name and citizenship status had to be verified by the government.   The document shows that B.O. was registered as an Indonesian citizen by the name of Barry Soetoro, with Lolo Soetoro listed as his father.   This is important because by acknowledging B.O. as his son on the government form, Lolo Soetoro legally established the boy as an Indonesian citizen.   By Indonesian law, B.O. could not be a citizen of another country as well as an Indonesian citizen, so any claim to being a U.S. citizen had been renounced.   At that time, Indonesia was a police state, requiring students to carry government and family identity cards.   This all meant that B.O. could never regain U.S. "natural born" status - if he ever had it.   At best, B.O. could become "naturalized" if the proper paperwork were filed with the U.S. State Department, through the U.S. Immigration Service, after his return to the United States (something his U.S.-born mother never did).

There is also evidence that B.O. was born in Kenya to a mother too young at age 18 to confer U.S. natural-born citizenship status to him.   His grandmother has repeatedly stated that she was present in the Kenyan hospital during B.O.'s birth.

The United States Justice Foundation, P O Box 131637, Houston, TX 77219-1637, circulated petitions to be given to each state's Secretary of State, demanding that B.O. be disqualified to run for President.

All of this is logical when one considers that Obama is a foreign agent, elected via foreign campaign donations and Soros-funded foundations, and educated only with venom for the United States.   It is obvious that we have become a nation that has no real and functioning Federal Bureau of Investigation other than those who must cater to Obama-appointed Eric Holder.   The FBI has been muzzled and somehow that muzzle must be removed.

Barry Soetoro was registered and raised as a Muslim.   He has never allowed his birth certificate to be examined.   The photos of both versions posted on the White House website have been well and truly discredited by Ron Polland, and internationally recognized document software expert - as well as the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office Cold Case team (who say they have been heavily doctored and contain many discrepancies).

Barry's family members have claimed he was born in Kenya.   His sister and even his own Campaign Office and website have made contradictory claims that he was born in BOTH of two maternity units in Honolulu.

Nobody remembers his family living at an address that appeared on birth announcements in the local paper.   It was a mixed marriage when such relationships were unusual and would certainly have been remembered.

Not only does his Kenya family claim he was born there, but there is a statue in their hometown celebrating Obama's birthplace - but no statue in America.

Loretta Fuddy was appointed Director of the Hawaii Department of Health just a few months before Obama released his fake birth certificate.   According to sworn testimony, Fuddy was a member of the same Muslim group as Stanley Ann Dunham, Obama's mother.   It is quite likely that Dunham and Fuddy met and knew the real story of Obama's birth.   That Muslim group (cult if you wish) was headquartered in Indonesia - but with offices in Chicago and Hawaii.   Typical treatment of those who know too much is elimination.   Loretta Fuddy was the only victim of a small plane crash recently - as things began to get even more difficult for Obama's credibility.

According to expert criminologist, Dr. Jason Kissner, Fuddy was the Hawaii state health director who approved the release of Obama's long-form birth certificate.   She allegedly succumbed to a nasty case of post random plane crash induced arrythmia.   This can be easily induced and the KGB, for example, has been very good at it.   Fuddy had no history of heart problems.

Quarles Harris, Jr., was found dead behind the wheel of his car with a bullet in his head.   He was the key witness in a case that would have shed light on Obama's passport data.

Reed Hayes is a Certified Document Expert with almost 40 years of professional experience.   He states that Obama's long-form birth certificate released by the White House on its website is "unequivocally" a fake.

Cold Case Posse investigator Mike Zullo noted, "The impressive credentials of Mr. Hayes... and the fact [Mr. Hayes] is a registered Democrat, demonstrates the integrity of our investigation."

Larry Klayman, an attorney who founded Freedom Watch, is responsible for setting up a citizens' grand jury in Ocala, Florida.   This jury indicted Obama, and Obama was served, but refused to appear to defend himself.   Consequently, there was a non-jury trial in Ocala for his false statements regarding his birth, fraudulently allowing him to be placed on the Florida presidential ballot.   Obama was convicted of lying to the American people about his his birth certificate and sentenced to 10 years for fraud.   There are pending civil cases in Florida and other parts of the nation that are also challenging Obama's eligibility to run for president.
 

Questions:

1.   Why was a member of the same cult to which Obama's mother belonged given control over the archives where his birth certificate supposedly resided?

2.   Was Loretta Fuddy killed because she knew too much about Obama's birth certificate?

3.   Who produced the digital version of the birth certificate - the version that most graphics experts say is clearly a forgery?

4.   Why does Congress allow Obama to sit in the White House when, five years after his first inauguration, he still has not produced any evidence proving he is a natural born citizen as required by the Constitution?
 

Obama's Social Security Number (July 2012)

The United States Justice Foundation (USJF) is taking legal action against B.O. as the "pretender to the throne".

The document placed on the Whitehouse website was falsified (many have shown this to be the case), and according to the USMJ, B.O. has a Connecticut-based social security number when he was never in Connecticut.   According to the USJF, each Social Security number has the first three digits indicating the state of birth.   The numbers for Connecticut range from 040 to 049, and B.O.'s first three digits are 042.   But B.O. has never resided in Connecticut if we are to believe what he says in his own book.   Social Security numbers are not re-issued.

It appears that B.O. has committed fraud which is a criminal act.   The indictment by a Federal Grand Jury is the means by which justice is dispensed in this case.   B.O. can be taken down and should be taken down in this manner.

There is a movement to have Congress insist that B.O. allow experts to carefully examine his supposed birth certificate.   This would be very unpleasant for B.O. because it is already obvious to some of us that his birth certificate is forged.

 
Impeachment (much too good for him)

From the Tea Party Campaign comes one of the most concise lists of reasons to impeach the enemy agent that has usurped the Presidency of the United States.

(1) B.O. (Obama) is illegally occupying the office of the President.   He is not a natural born citizen, and has produced a fraudulent birth certificate (this is a fact and easily understood as such by anyone who bothers to pay attention to what has been discovered).

(2) The social security number attributed to B.O. was issued in Connecticut, where B.O. has never resided.   B.O. is therefore guilty of identity theft.

Barry Soetoro, Muslim

Actually, Obama's real name is not Barry Soetoro.   According to discoveries made by the United States Justice Foundation, his real name can be found from his mother's revised passport application, after she desired to return to the United States.

Stanley Ann (Dunham) Soetoro (Obama's mother) was a member in good standing of Subud USA, an international Islamic cult, originating in Indonesia.   This took Stanley Ann to Jarkata, Indonesia in the 1960s... where little Barack was thought to be adopted by his new Muslim Indonesian stepfather.   However, as Ann Soetoro attempted to return to the United States years later, her revised passport application included one Barack Hussein Soebarkah.   She was not able to produce a birth certificate or adoption papers for her seven year old son, nor was he included on her previously issued passport.   This required the passport authority to issue to him the last name Soebarkah.

"Soe" siginfies his adoptive father Lolo Soetoro
"Bar" means "son" in the Islamic language
"Kah" translates as "who"

Roughly translated, Soebarkah means "son who is adopted by Lolo Soetoro".

Loretta Fuddy, the only victim of a small plane crash, was the chairwoman of Subud USA and was certainly at the very least an acquaintance of Stanly Ann Soetoro.   Loretta must have known that Obama, on at least one document, went by the name Barack Hussein Soebarkah.   Unfortunately, we can't ask her any questions now, because she was killed.

Billions of dollars were funneled to the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt - paid by the U.S. Embassy in Cairo to dozens of militant terrorists whose stated goal is to turn the U.S. into an Islamic Caliphate. Obama's half-brother, Malik Obama, was the "bag man".

The money paid for bribes to guarantee the transfer of the Sinai Peninsula to Hamas.   [Hamas is responsible for killing or wounding thousands of Isaeli civilians.   Control of the Sinai will give Hamas 165 more miles of border from which to launch terrorist attacks against Israel.   The Muslim Brotherhood has killed demonstrators, assassinated political enemies, and tortured and crucified opponents.]

Barry Soetoro (Obama), raised as a Muslim, has dropped the annual "Day of Prayer", wears a wedding ring inscribed with "There is no God but Allah", began a series of Ramadan dinners at the White House, and has now been shown to have direct ties with the Muslim Brotherhood.

The Benghazi Murders

Those of us who have looked into the Obama mentality (and found it wanting) know that he is a narcissistic psychopath (subhuman).   He lacks empathy and is stuck on the phase of early childhood in which the child recognizes himself to the exclusion of others' needs.   When four Americans were being murdered in Benghazi, Libya, Obama either via lack of action or by his own actions let these men be killed.   One motive is clear.   The election was fast approaching and any reference to terrorists being in existence would upset Obama's brag that he had put Al Qaeda down.   So Obama's first action was attempt to find a video on line that would serve as an excuse for his indirectly murdering four Americans.   There was a cover-up afterward using the video as the required excuse.

To me, the election motive is clear enough, but there was probably more to it or the ambassador would not have been ordered to stay in the compound when the 9/11 anniversary was imminent and terrorist cells were in the neighborhood.

The cover-up included a campaign of lies to hide the fact that he had advance warning of terrorist attack.   Obama knew exactly what was going on during the attack, and decided to feign ignorance, boarding his plane the following morning for a campaign event.

Fox News (June 12, 2014) had a stunning new report that shows that the Benghazi terrorists stole the State Department-issued cell phones from our U.S. diplomatic facility that they had attacked and invaded - and they used the phones to coordinate their attack with fellow terrorists.   American intelligence agencies were listening in on the calls - and KNEW instantly that the attack on our compound in Benghazi was a terrorist attack.   This is further proof that the Obama administration lied to us about the Benghazi attacks, and then tried to cover up the fact that it was indeed a terrorist attack, and not a political rally in response to a YouTube video.

Ever since the attack, the Obama Administration, with significant backing from the liberal media, have attempted to hide the truth about what happened.   To cover their failures in combating terrorism, they lied repeatedly, saying it was not a preplanned terrorist attack, even when they knew that it was.   Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, and countless members of the Obama administration have lied, concealed, and attempted to cover up not only the truth but their own failures.

As has been typical of B.O.'s pattern of appeasement in the face of Islamic terrorism.   Obama himself would not even call the attack an act of terrorism.   Hillary Clinton, said it didn't matter whether Benghazi was a terrorist attack or whether it was some people going for a walk that night who decided to go kill some Americans.   The Obama administration has dishonored those who lost their lives on that fateful night, and now they say it doesn't matter because it happened "a long time ago."
 

Funding and Arming Terrorist Jihadists

There is evidence emerging that the Obama administration was secretly involved in arming terrorist jihadists in Libya - and evidence that Obama officials may have attempted to orchestrate the use of chemical weapons in Syria, then implicating the Syrian regime and giving a basis for U.S. involvement with the rebels.   One possible reason for the attack on the compound in Benghazi may have been storage of weapons to go to the rebels in Syria.
 

Aiding the Enemy

In late May of 2014, we see Obama unilaterally releasing the foremost Taliban leaders at Guatanamo in exchange for an American deserter.   Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, an American fighting in Afghanistan, took a compass, a canteen, and a knife and crawled under the compound fence.   He later telephoned his unit to tell them he had left voluntarily and would not be back.   Subsequently, those in his unit were searching for him, and six of them were killed during that search.

At some point, the Taliban picked up Bowe and supposedly incarcerated him.   Most of his platoon as well as other military men considered him a deserter, a traitor, and possibly an enemy collaborator.   But after Bowe Bergdahl spent five years with the Taliban, Obama decided to release some of those incarcerated in Guatanamo to get Bergdahl back.   Obama had to defend his actions, so he is calling Bergdahl a hero and whitewashing the actual circumstances.   Those who served with Bergdahl are not buying Obama's lies.   The obvious question is "why did Obama actually release the five Muslims?"

According to Obama, in talks with the Taliban, their leaders refused to release Bowe Bergdahl unless they could have five Guantanamo detainees back.   Obama capitulated and gave them their choice of 5 from about 140 detainees.   They chose their "dream team" as one of our people called them; the five that was the Taliban "cabinet", convicted of war crimes and atrocities and the worst of the lot.   These five will be going back to kill more Americans.

In the Rose Garden, Obama had his picture taken with Bowe Bergdahl's parents.   Bergdahl's father, in Arabic, gave thanks to Allah along with the usual flattering phrases that a Muslim would say.   That and the long beard on Bergdahl senior makes one wonder about just how Bowe managed to have such pro-Taliban views.   Susan Rice depicted Bergdahl as an honorable hero in her efforts to justify Obama's actions

According to the current agreement (or law) between Congress and the Obama administration, Obama must notify Congress of his intentions to release prisoners from Guantanamo 30 days before he follows through.   Between 80 and 90 in his administration were notified and did their part, but according to Obama, there was an oversight about notifying Congress.   Even the Democrats in the House and the Senate are upset about this "oversight".   In reality, Obama knew that he would have been told "no" had he notified Congress in advance.

What Obama did was without Congressional knowledge until it was over.   Congress was not consulted and would not have approved.   Obama once again defied the law and aided his Muslim allies (the Taliban).   This is just another example of Obama acting against America and its allies.   Obama failed to send enough troops to Iraq when the general requested them.   This resulted in more dead Americans.   Obama pulled too many troops out of Iraq and now it is a haven for Al Qaeda.   Obama has telegraphed his intentions repeatedly to the enemy in both Iraq and Afghanistan, allowing them to plan ahead.   Only a fool could fail to understand that Obama is a Muslim aiding America's enemies.

 
Obama has also been allowing Iran to develop nuclear weapons rather than using tough sanctions against them.   Supposedly, Obama succumbed to Iran's "charm offensive".   After a United Nations General Assembly meeting, Iran's foreign minister emerged smiling.   Obama and his minions are continually weakening our military and exposing us to future annihilation at the hands of his Muslim brothers.

Information from the Freedom Alliance (Oliver North)exposes the fact that Obama and Secretary of State John Kerry have agreed to allow Vladimir Putin to place GPS "monitoring stations" on U.S. soil.   The CIA, other American spy agencies, and the Pentagon are convinced that allowing this to happen will:
(1) give the Russians a foothold on American territory that would sharpen the accuracy of Moscow's satellite-steered weapons,
(2) give the Russians an extraordinary new espionage tool within our own borders to spy on America's top secret military and commercial secrets, and
(3) give the Russians the technological boost they need to catch up with the U.S. in GPS capabilities.
 

Removing God

Perhaps we can persuade Obama to create an executive order that repeals the law of gravity, so we can watch him jump off a cliff.

High level generals are essentially "appointed" by the President through his Secretary of Defense.   The Pentagon generals have gone along with Obama's Muslim agenda.   At the Air Force Academy, the phrase "so help me God" has been officially dropped from the oath of office.   Mikey Weinstein plans to rid the U.S. military of all references to God.   This is a typical Marxist ploy, [Marxists do not believe in God, and wish to destroy traditions that hold Americans together.] and a step toward defining our rights as coming from the government - NOT from God - undermining the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution.

Mikey, going along with Obama, has worked to ban the distribution of Bibles to injured U.S. soldiers at Walter Reed Medical Center, and ordering Catholic chaplains to read an Obama-edited version of a letter from the Archdiocese of Military Services.   [The original was critical of Obamacare and its abortion and contraception mandates.]   Obama has also ordered the removal of a cross and steeple from a chapel in Afghanistan.

Use of Government Agencies to Sidestep Congress

Most of this section comes from a memorandum issued by the Committee for Justice that is a Report on Obama Administration Violations of Law.

While each Attorney General has policy disagreements with the Obama administration, those disagreements are not what serve as the basis for this memorandum.   For example, this administration makes many decisions and takes numerous actions that Republican attorneys general find politically ignorant or flawed from a policy standpoint.   However, that does not make those decisions or actions illegal.   The purpose of this report is to outline actions taken by this administration that are violations of law.

The obvious example is the federal health care overhaul, passed against the will of the majority of Americans and in violation of the Constitution.   It is now being challenged by more than half of the States.

While ObamaCare has received the most attention, it is merely a representation of a much larger picture that demonstrates the continued disdain for the Constitution and laws shown by the Obama adminstration.

Through the collective review by a committee of Attorneys General from nine of the fifty States, the group identified more than 21 illegal actions from this administration and is highlighting the effects of the federal overreach on our citizens and States.

Whether through the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), Office of Surface Mining (OFC), Federal Communications Commission (FCC), or other entities, the Obama Administration has aggressively used administrative agencies to implement policy objectives that cannot gain congressional approval and are outside the law.

As of June 25, 2014, an EPA scandal has been exposed.   The major perpetrator has fled to New Zealand, and his computer has "crashed" so that no further evidence (like Obama being involved) can be easily obtained.   Just as in the IRS scandal, the emails and other records were supposed to be backed up and the archives part of the government was supposed to be notified immediately that a computer crash occurred.   This allows the archives people to rescue the records that were on the computer.   Both the EPA and the IRS have broken the law by failing to notify the archivists so that the records could be recovered.

On June 26, 2014, the Supreme Court opined that Obama had acted without authority when he used the excuse of a Congressional "recess" to appoint his NLRB without the approval of Congress.   Consequently, all actions by Obama's NLRB are now null and void.   This is another example of Obama overstepping his authority - but this time he was caught.
 

Blatant Examples

In Florida, a state with one of the most aggressive and innovative water quality protection, the EPA chose to impose its own costly, unprecedented and unscientific numeric nutrient criteria.   The estimated impact of the EPA's rules would impose was dramatic, including billions of dollars of compliance costs, significant spikes in utility bills, and the loss of thousands of jobs.   The Florida Attorney General's Office sued the EPA, and prevailed when a federal judge in Tallahassee threw out the costliest of the EPA's rules, the one governing Florida's streams and rivers.   In doing so, the judge found the EPA's rules were not based on sound science and that the agency had failed to prove that its rule would prevent any harm to the environment - in other words, the EPA was found to have violated law.

Obama is using the EPA to force his "cap and trade" system without the consent of Congress. [He also launched a war against coal and oil in his effort to weaken America.]   He uses the EPA as a power to shut down businesses and companies that do not meet arbitrary environmental standard.   [His ultimate goal is to impose a dysfunctional soviet-style control on the American economy.]

The Supreme Court has agreed to hear a lawsuit against Obama and the EPA that has been launched by 12 U.S. representatives, 8 companies, and the Southeastern Legal Foundation.

In South Carolina, the NLRB's recess-appointed, unconfirmed general counsel threatened to sue the State for guaranteeing a secret ballot in union elections, despite 83 percent of South Carolinians voting for an amendment for such action.   When South Carolina was joined by three other States, in mounting a vigorous defense, the NLRB backed down but turned their attention to Boeing, a private company and a corporate citizen of South Carolina, telling the employer where they could or could not locate facilities.   Again - after a high profile fight - the NLRB backed down in their complaint against Boeing, but only after the company and the union worked through an agreement.

In Arizona, voters passed a referendum requiring the individuals registering to vote show evidence that they are citizens.   Over 90 percent of the population can satisfy this simply by writing down a driver's license number or naturalization number.   The less than 10 percent of those who do not have these numbers are able to register by mailing a copy of a birth certificate, passport, Indian registration number, or similar documentation.   The Obama Administration argued against Arizona in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals (at the time this was printed, no decision had been made by the court).

In Oklahoma, the EPA illegally usurped Oklahoma's authority in the Clean Air Act to determine the State's own plan for addressing sources of emissions by imposing a federal implementation plan.   The federal plan goes beyond the authority granted to the EPA in the Clean Air Act and will result in a $2 billion cost to install technology needed to complete the EPA plan, and a permanent increase of 15 to 20 percent in the cost of electricity.   The Obama Administration is fighting Oklahoma's appeal, which was filed in the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.

The foregoing are only four examples of over 21 violations of law by the Obama Administration.

A memo by nine Attorneys General goes on to list examples of the Obama Administration's disregard for State and federal law and the Constitution.   More examples follow.

The FCC regulated the Internet despite a court order from the Circuit Court of Appeals for Washington, D.C., stating the that the FCC does not have the power to regulate the Internet.

The EPA imposed cross-state air pollution rules on Texas at the last minute and without an opportunity for Texas to respond to the proposed regulation.   EPA overreach was based on a dubious claim that air pollution from Texas affected a single air-quality monitor in Granite City, Illinois, more than 500 miles and three states away from Texas.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) rejected state voter ID statutes that are similar to those already approved by the Supreme Court of the United States.   The DOJ (Erice Holder) ignored Section 8 of the Voting Rights Act which calls for protection against voter fraud, and used Section 5 to administratively block measures to protect the integrity of elections passed by State legislatures.

The DOJ in violation of the 10th Amendment, sued to prevent Arizona from using reasonable measures to discourage illegal immigration across its borders.   Arizona has a large number of illegals coming in at all times and needs to be able to protect itself from them because the federal government will not do so.   Obama's excuse was that Arizona was usurping the authority of the federal government (which refuses to act).

The DOJ went to court to stop enforcement of Alabama's immigration reform laws, which require collection of the immigration status of public school students, require businesses to use E-Verify, and prohibit illegal immigrants from receiving public benefits.

The White House made "recess appointments" to the NLRB and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau when Congress was NOT in recess.   Obama has ignored the ruling of the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals that the appointments are unconstitutional.

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) interfered with a Michigan church's selection of its own ministers by trying to force the church to reinstate a minister who was discharged for her disagreement with the religious doctrine of the church.

Through the Department of Energy (DOE), Obama arbitrarily broke federal law, violated various contracts, and derailed the most studied energy project in American history at Yucca Mountain by denying it a license, thus costing the American people more than $31 billion.

The Department of the Interior (DOI) forced Glendale, a family-oriented town in Arizona, to become another Las Vegas against its will by granting "reservation status" to a 54-acre plot in the town, where the Tohono O'odham Indian Nation plans to build a resort and casino.

Vote and Election Fraud in 2012.

Widespread reports of voting machines (especially in key battleground states) were reviewed and showed that they were turning votes for Mitt Romney to votes for Obama.   The progressive/communist media would not report what happened, but Fox News did:

"This is the first time in all the years that we voted that this has ever happened to me," said Marion, Ohio, voter Joan Stevens.   Stevens said that when she voted, it took her three tries before the machine accepted her choice to vote for Romney.   "I went to vote and got right in the middle of Romney's name," Stevens told Fox News, saying that she was certain to put her finger directly on her choice for the White House.   She said that the first time she pushed "Romney", the machine marked "Obama".   So she pushed Romney again. Obama came up again.   Then it happened a third time.   "Maybe you make a mistake once, but not three times."

In the swing state of Pennsylvania, a poll watcher claims that "about 5 percent to 10 percent" of the votes were being switched from Romney to Obama by the voting machines in the polling location that he was monitoring.

According to Philly.com, 59 voting divisions in Philadephia produced 19,605 votes for Obama, but not one vote for Romney.   This is statistically impossible without voter fraud.

Obama received more 99 percent of the vote in more than 100 precincts in Cuyahoga County, in the swing state of Ohio on election day - and there were many precincts where Romney received no votes.

In Virginia, another swing state, a poll watcher reported that blatant voter fraud was rampant.   Voters for Obama were being bussed in from outside the precinct.   Many of them were not familiar with address on their ID cards.   Many people were voting more than once at the same polling station.

In 2012, the Obama campaign purposely disabled the credit card verification system for donations on its website, thus allowing anyone from any foreign country to donate to Obama in violation of federal law.   One man donated to Obama under the name "Adolph Hitler", listing his occupation as "dictator", and providing a German address.   Obama has never shown his list of campaign donors.

Obama's Presidential campaign paid ACORN $832,000 in 2008 to help Obama get on the ballot and to conduct voter registration and get-out-the-vote activity for likely Obama voters. Election officials in Indiana have since found more than 4,000 of the petitions ACORN submitted to get Obama on the ballot were fraudulent.   Investigators have also uncovered a "sizable number of duplicate and fraudulent voter applications" submitted by ACORN in Michigan.

The election fraud for Obama in 2012 was an expansion of that in the election of 2008.   Rather than have an improvement in election honesty, we saw a decrease.
 

Bringing in Terrorists, Criminals, and Other Future Democrat Voters

Throughout his presidency, Obama has refused to enforce long-established U.S. immigration laws.

More than 300,000 captured illegal aliens had been processed and were awaiting deportation.   Obama stopped these deportations and ordered the U.S. border patrol to release many of these illegals.   Obama did this in violation of the law and without explanation.

Congress rejected Obama's DREAM ACT - which would have granted permanent residency to many illegal aliens (and provided more voters for Obama).   So Obama enacted his own DREAM ACT by executive order, bypassing Congress completely.

Obama refused to build a fence in direct violation of the 2006 Secure Fence Act.

Obama not only refused to make any effort to stop the invasion of the United States by illegals (including terrorists), he also obstructed any efforts by the States to secure the borders.   We haven't even begun to discover all the consequences of this.   To date, we know of criminals who crossed the southern border to commit violent crimes, and numerous less serious crimes.   To add insult to injury, Obama has released many criminals from prison and allowed them to commit more crimes.

It is also part of means to bankrupt the the United States.   Recently, the southern border of the U.S. was overrun with parentless children - some as young as three years.   Buildings and staff were needed to care for them.   The dollars spent dealing with illegally migrating adults is bad enough without having children sent across.   The kids may need help, but this is not the answer.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement released 68,000 criminal aliens back into the United States and failed to remove 870,000 illegal aliens with mandatory deportation orders in 2013, a new report into the catch-and-release policy of the Obama administration revealed.
The report, released Monday by the Center for Immigration Studies, a Washington, D.C.-based think tank, found that while the Obama administration has deported some violent criminals, it only targeted 195,000 - just 25 percent of 722,000 potentially deportable aliens encountered by ICE officers.

The use of children as human shields and a means to use pity to force Americans to abandon their immigration policies is an especially dirty and cowardly tactic.   This is typical of psychopaths such as Obama who has essentially invited the suffering and hardships of those children.

The children are coming from El Salvador, Honduras, and Guatamala, and crossing the border into Texas.   Texas cannot handle them all, so many are sent to Arizona - but neither Texas nor Arizona can handle them.   The number has swelled to between 60 and 70 thousand.   Obama with his executive orders has "invited" this illegal immigration in which he expects the children to stay, the mothers to follow, and then the fathers.   The idea has two major purposes.   One is to overburden our system in every way possible (schools, welfare, medical care, etc.).   The other is to provide more voters for the communist left in the United States.   So far we have only seen the tip of the migration into Texas.   More and more children are coming in as of June 2014.

Not only Mexicans cross the southern border, but Chinese, Middle East terrorists (like those Obama releases from Guatanamo), refugees from South American countries (which may or may not be enemies), and more.   There is a sign on the border in Chinese for those from China to read.

The amnesty advocates say that illegal aliens overwhelmingly contribute to the economy.   In reality, the Mexican and other economies are the ones benefitting.   Massive amounts of illegal alien wages are sent back to the home country.   The Bank of Mexico reported profiting from $21.59 billion is remittances from their immigrants in 2013.   From 2013 on, the bank reported nearly 74 million transactions with the average remittance being $292.   According to the Inter-American Development Bank, in 2009 all of Latin America received $69.2 billion in remittances from the U.S.

California Attorney General Harris revealed serious Mexican crime problems.   San Diego, the nation's busiest port of entry, has 70 percent of the nation's smuggled methamphetamines.   Many prescription drugs are smuggled and sold in the U.S.   Harris stated these are well-organized tech-savvy criminal operations, with the perpetrators committing cyber-crimes, money laundering, identity theft, as well as the smuggling of humans and drugs.

Our border patrol agents are inundated.   Although the agents are instructed to avoid actions which put their lives in danger, there have been 1,713 rock attacks (throwing rocks at the agents) between 2010 and April of 2014, forcing the agents to respond with deadly force, resulting in 10 deaths.

Previously deported illegals are flooding the San Diego border for political asylum.   Some complain they cannot adjust to Mexico, even after being there five years.   Many learned of Obama's legalization giveaways to certain categories and believe they fit in, even though Obama stated that it is not retroactive.

One illegal in Colorado is suing the 911 First Responders who saved his life from a submerged car in flood waters, claiming they were negligent in his rescue.   In 2010, several students were barred from Live Oak Union High School in Morgan Hill near San Jose, for wearing American flag T-shirts on Cinco de Mayo.   At the ensuing trial there was evidence of violent racist threats against those showing the American flag.   Community organizers (communists) with organizations like La Raza are advancing foreign flags telling the Mexicans that California is "occupied Mexico".   [If someone wants to be in Mexico, why don't they go there and stay?]

Obama has refused to take any steps to secure the U.S. borders and has, instead, impeded any efforts by anyone else to do so.   The spending bills for ridiculous pork-barrel projects could have stimulated the economy and have been useful if the spending had been for border security.   Now, Arizona Governor Jan Brewer has signed a bill authorizing construction of a privately funded border fence.   Volunteers and inmate labor will be used to construct the fence, and private donations will provide for the materials.   The bill also permits Arizona to work with other states in building the fence.   A fence was built in Yuma County that has worked well, consisting of a triple-layered, 20 foot high wall reinforced by concrete-filled steel pipe and wire.   Such a fence prevents most of the robberies, smuggling, rapes, and killings that have been occurring.   Now we will see what Comrade Obama will do to attempt to sabotage this particular effort.

On June 23, 2014, Megyn Kelly of Fox News reported on a document she was holding in her hand (and shown to the TV audience) that was dated in January of 2014.   This document was detailing the need for contractors to furnish transportation of 65,000 unaccompanied illegal alien minors who would soon be crossing the border into Texas.   Everything was spelled out in detail, the precise amount of ground transportation and air transportation that would be needed.   The contractors apparently were found and hired because the transportation of the minors by vehicles bearing the name "Homeland Security" (both buses and planes) was accomplished after the expected minors arrived.   This document shows that the Obama administration knew far in advance that the unaccompanied minors would be coming and that the Department of Homeland Security was involved in planning this not-so-sudden migration.   Yet, Obama has stated that he was taken by surprise by this mass migration of innocent children.

I appears that community organizers were sent to El Salvador, Honduras, and Guatamala, to create the flow of illegal children, to discover and log the number that would be participating, and to furnish the data to Homeland Security so it could plan and pay for their transportation via train through Mexico.

Sheriff Arpaio of Arizona used his Cold Case Posse to expose Obama's "birth certificate" as fraudulent.   Arizona Governor Jan Brewer signed a law allowing Arizona to protect its borders - which the "Justice" Department under Holder immediately tried to discredit.   The White House has a grudge against Arizona.   It appears that sending the vast majority of the illegal alien children to Arizona is part of a plan to get even with Arizona for attempting to stop illegals from coming across the border.   California was eliminated as a target for the alien children, presumably because California's communist-dominated government has been happy to go along with Obama's criminal activities.

On July 10, 2014, Hannity was at the west Texas border interviewing Border Patrol agents and landowners near the Rio Grande. From a helicopter one could see the problems with attempting to keep out illegals using only a fence.   Border Patrol officials stated that the only hope of beginning to control the border was to have 1,000 National Guard troops on the border until 3,000 new Border Patrol agents could be trained to take their place.

According to the Border Patrol agents, the children entering the U.S. are acting as a diversion for the influx of terrorists from Yemen, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Syria, and other parts of the Middle East.   Russians and Chinese have also been coming into the U.S. at the open border.   Many of the children are diseased, tuberculosis being one of the worst.   The children are hungry, abused, and expecting to stay in the U.S.

The worst fear of the Border Patrol is that members of ISIS will continue to enter the U.S.   Border Patrol agents fear that many sleeper cells have already been formed in the U.S. due to the insecure border.   They know that the Federal Government under Obama and Holder are aiding and abetting the Muslim terrorists and the drug lords by refusing to stop the inflow of illegals and actually preventing the border states from doing so.   This causes Border Patrol morale to be low even though the individual border states are doing what they can to increase border security.

The usual price to guide a child across the border is $15 paid to a drug cartel member.   Bodies of children are routinely found along the U.S. side of the border.   The drug cartel guides bring the children across, take all of their money, tell them to hide until the guides come back, and leave them without food or water in the extreme heat.   As an example of this, 250 child bodies were found at one location.   They apparently died and were partly eaten by scavenging animals, vultures, and insects before they were found.

We become angry at HAMAS for using women and children as shields as they send rockets into Israel.   Hospitals and schools are where they prefer to place their launchers and their people.   Obama is no better because he is using children to gain his political objectives - and if they die, that is not his problem.   Obama is a piece of scum that is no better than Adolf Hitler.   But it appears that the media that supports him and his sadistic, homicidal acts is just as guilty.

To date, 600,000 crimes have been committed by those illegals who have crossed the border undetected.   Some of the older children crossing are gang members of MS-13, who have been responsible for many murders and atrocities.   This gang is from El Salvador, and is considered the most violent gang in the world.   Its members act as teen age enforcers for the drug lords.   They recruit other teen-agers who will later become members of the drug cartels.   Recruitment methods often use coercion (offers that cannot be refused).   They rape and torture as a matter of course.

Obama and his leftist minions are responsible for the use of innocent children to further their ends.   Saul Alinsky stated that the ends can justify the means, and that the means should be such as to be outside the experiences of the opposition.   The use of children in this fashion certainly is well tailored to meet Alinsky's criteria.   The Border Patrol and our citizens can't easily use severe force against children who know no better than to attempt to escape from countries in which they are starved and abused.

The left has been blaming the hugely increased inflow of children is due to violence at home.   It has come to light that there has been no increase in violence in Central America to justify the inflow of children.   The increased inflow has been due to Obama's DREAM act with his little pen and telephone.   He is definitely reponsible for inviting the children to come to America and to be followed by the parents.

At one time, Americans were vaccinated against most diseases until it appeared that such steps were no longer necessary.   Most kids today are not routinely vaccinated against polio, smallpox, and whooping cough.   There has never been a cure or a vaccine for most strains of tuberculosis, and what little has been gained has been offset with new resistant strains.   One of the Border Patrol agents has come down with bacterial pneumonia, and agents have come down with diseases that they are not allowed to mention to the news media.

While the border is being inundated with children, and terrorists are crossing the border under cover, Obama has been fundraising, attending dinners that cost $10,000 a plate and are given in mansions of wealthy Democrat trial lawyers.   Obama has been in Dallas and Austin for these fundraisers, playing pool not far from the Texas border.   But he refuses to visit the border ("Why should he?   The problem was caused by the Republicans.").   After all, he could catch tuberculosis.   As of 7/12, he is planning his summer vacation while the children he invited to come to the border are suffering and dying.

As if there were not enough insults to the nation already, "Homeland Security" under Obama has seen to it the most of the Border Patrol is stationed an average of 70 miles inland rather than on the border.   This was done to prevent agents from stopping illegals at the border.   Once they have entered the U.S., the procedure to send them back is delayed and great expense and time is necessary to process them.   If it takes over 2 years to have them leave, they may be able to stay with Obama setting up the means for them to do so.

According to Section 8, Article I of the Constitution, Congress is the only federal body allowed to make changes in naturalization.   Obama's overreach in this area is unlawful.   Consequently, the House has cut off any money to support Obama's executive orders in this regard.   Perhaps this action will help in destroying the major incentive that is causing illegal aliens to cross the border.

 
Letter to the Editor (Published July 31, 2014).

Obama put forth his DREAM Act by executive order.   It created an invitation for young people to enter the U.S. illegally.

Now, suddenly, we have over 57,000 children from Central America (and more coming), mostly from ages 3 to 16, invading through the Texas border.   It has been discovered that in January of 2014, Homeland Security contracted for the transportation of 65,000 youngsters from Texas to other states.   Obama claims that the invasion of unaccompanied children was a surprise to him - yet it is obvious that he arranged for this to happen.   He was only surprised that he was caught so quickly.

Saul Alinsky stated that the real motives of a political organizer should not be disclosed.   All actions should have at least one hidden purpose.   When possible, an action should be outside of the experience of the opposition.   The child invasion is certainly outside of the experience of the Border Patrol.   So what actual purposes are behind Obama's invitation?

First, the children create a diversion, allowing terrorists and drug dealers to enter the U.S. without opposition.   Those who have been caught come from the Middle East, Russia, and China among other places.   They can be smuggling anything from drugs to weapons.   The Border Patrol agents are concerned about more sleeper cells of terrorists (including ISIS) being formed here.   There are already many such cells due to the insecure border.   Weapons of mass destruction can include use of nature (like droughts), germ warfare, poison gas, poison in reservoirs, arson, and more.   Terrorists use them all.   We don't need more terrorists.

Second, many of the children are diseased.   Once we vaccinated children against smallpox, polio, and whooping cough, as examples.   Most younger people today have not been vaccinated against them.   One Border Patrol agent has come down with bacterial pneumonia and others are not allowed to say why they are sick.   Several children have been diagnosed as having tuberculosis [As of July 31, there have been 89 cases of TB).   Most of its strains are incurable.   So we might say that germ warfare is another purpose for the child invasion.   There have been protests causing buses of children to be turned away from some of our communities, so the buses are now being sent out secretly to avoid the demonstrators.

Third, Obama wants more leftist voters here, more ACORN volunteers, and more who will create havoc in the future.   Unaccompanied children can have their parents brought in.   Tens of thousands of crimes have already been committed by illegal aliens.

Fourth, teen-age MS-13 gang members among the children have a means of recruiting other teen-agers from the invaders and from American teens.   MS-13 is allegedly the most violent gang in the world, providing guides and enforcers for the drug cartels.   Eventually their people graduate, becoming cartel members.   Prospective MS-13 members are faced with offers "that cannot be refused".

Fifth, the drug cartels collect money for each person smuggled across the border, from the sale of females as sex slaves, and from other illegal activities.   This income is used to further destroy America.

Sixth, the child invasion diverts attention from scandals that Obama wants to ignore.

Hundreds of children have been left by their guides on the U.S. side of the border.  They are told to stay hidden while the guide arranges for their transportation.   The harsh desert environment does the rest.   The remains of over 250 in one group were found after the scavengers and vultures were finished.   Deserts are dangerous and children should not be exposed to such danger.

Americans who have never been exposed to such evil cunning cannot believe that innocent children can be sacrificed to "fundamentally change America."   The same gullible Americans choose Obama's words over his actions.   Our own children are in jeopardy due to the left and its "useful idiots".   World War three is happening while many of us are still sleeping.

Seventh, the state prisons, empty because of Odumbus's drug law changes, are now being used to house these 'children' ... with contracts which pay for the prison populations to be maintained at 90% to 100% capacity, fees paid by the head.   Many corporations are profiting from this.

From another friend: Just remember, I am married to a LEGAL "alien" who went through the process of (a) getting here legally, and (b) fulfilling the legal requirements for becoming a naturalized citizen (quite a few years ago). No one resents illegal aliens more than LEGAL immigrants who LEGALLY become naturalized as fully PRODUCTIVE citizens.

 

Think of the way parents must feel who are giving their child and their savings to a drug cartel member or a community organizer who assures them that their child will be saved from a life of want and abuse.   The parents are hoping and praying that their child will be safe.   Yet, at some point, the parents discover that they are no longer in touch with their child.   The child has been sold into slavery or has died.   Use of children in this manner is evil beyond measure.   The greatest weakness of good people is their inability to believe that anyone can be so evil as Obama and those with him.
 

Los Zetas

It is a fact that the Democrats in the Senate are responsible, as well as Obama, for endangering all Americans by allowing terrorists and extremely dangerous materials to enter the United States.   But there is much more.   The Democrats (American Communists now known is "Progressives") as well as the moderate good-old-buy Republicans are criminals who do not honor their oaths of office.   What follows comes directly from those Americans involved, The American Border Patrol.

Los Zetas was founded in 1999 by elite Mexican military commandos trained by U.S. forces.   Its members rule Northern Mexico.   Today, their cartel "earns" over $50 billion annually.

Los Zetas is one of the most technologically advanced, sophisticated, and dangerous drug cartels in the world.   Its drug lords and assassins are responsible for trafficking thousands of pounds of drugs across the U.S./Mexican border every year.   They also smuggle young girls across the border to be sold as sex slaves.   Since 2007, Los Zetas has tortured and killed over 100,000 individuals and kidnapped many more, including rival cartel members, police, drug enforcement agents, Border Patrol agents, innocent bystanders, women, and children.

Los Zetas has taken over both sides of the border and infiltrated America thanks to Obama literally encouraging them to do so.   It has dozens of hit men squads in Texas.   The tortures its members use include "stewing", meaning slicing the victim with knives, throwing him in a 55 gallon drum, pouring diesel fuel over him, and burning him alive.   Their most common method of execution is to spray the victims with AK47 gunfire.

Among other crimes against Americans, they have assassinated an ICE agent, killed an American who was riding his wave runner on Falcon Lake, kidnapped an American from his own home (never to be seen again), gunned down an American rancher, and kidnapped two American girls to be sold as sex slaves.

Mexican authorities and U.S. Border Patrol agents frequently find Los Zetas victims hanging from overpasses or parts of the border fence as reminders to those who oppose them.

When in joint U.S. and Mexican custody, Los Zetas kingin Jesus Enrique Rejon Aguilar revealed that Los Zetas frequently purchases weapons from U.S. government officials inside America.   This is an example similar to the Obama/Holder creation of Operation Fast and Furious.
 

Mexico

It is a well-known fact that the Mexican police and military use excuses to kidnap Americans and jail them.   In effect, one must pay ransoms to get the victims back.   The most recent case is that of an American marine who accidentally drove into Mexico because the signs indicating he was crossing the border were not adequate.   In fact, it is the fault of the United States for not creating a gate and a zone which allows one to both see that one is about to enter Mexico and to reverse course before doing so.

The marine had some personal firearms which are not legal in Mexico.   He explained to the Mexican border authorities that he had erred in crossing the poorly marked border.   They were OK with his turning around and leaving Mexico.   Then the Mexican military became involved.   Although the marine had voluntarily shown that he had firearms with him, they arrested him and he went to jail.   His is still in jail months later.  

Obama hates the American military and has been doing all he can to weaken it, which includes actions or inactions against its members - thus reducing future enlistments.   Consequently, he has done nothing to bring back the marine who crossed the border.   The Mexican authorities are doing nothing to help.   The Veterans of Foreign Wars have boycotted Mexico as has Fox News in an attempt to make Americans aware of the dangers they can face in Mexico and to prevent American tourist dollars from going to Mexico.

Mexico is a corrupt nation with drug lords in control.   Since Obama refuses to protect America, it is up to American citizens to take action by boycotting travel to Mexico and Mexican goods and services.

As of 7/12/14 - When initially placed in jail, the marine was with about 15 other prisoners who threatened to rape and kill him.   He escaped because I believed he would be placed in a cell by himself.   He was caught, beaten, stripped naked, and handcuffed with his hands and feet to a bed where he spent the night in a painful position.   He was glad that he at least had his own cell.

He was finally given a hearing with a judge and a lawyer he trusted.   After nine hours with the judge, he was locked away again until August 4 when the judge will look again at his case.

On television, the confusion of lanes, signs, and barriers at the border was shown.   Even those living near and familiar with the border often make the same mistake our marine made.   There should be a neutral zone for turning around before going into Mexico.   In fact, until Mexico becomes more civilized, only in special cases should Americans be allowed into Mexico and Mexicans allowed into the United States.
 

English as the National Language/Voter Identification

Preventing the use of other languages in voting is necessary if illegal aliens are voting.   It goes right along with preventing states from having voter ID requirements.   English should be the language of the United States as it has been since the States became a nation.   The Marxists in the U.S. have taken over the Democratic Party.

The Marxists (progressives, American communists) want to eliminate any influence from the conservatives.   This must be done by having more Marxists in the civil service of the federal government, and more Marxists in the elected government offices.   This can be accomplished by having more illegals enter the U.S. and vote as if they were legals.   Should this be accomplished, we would eventually have a one-party system that would become a communist dictatorship.

The Marxists (Democrats) claim that voter ID is a hardship on poor Americans.   This is no more a hardship than obtaining a driver's license, a credit card, a birth certificate, a social security number, or any other document.   Only American citizens can legally vote in American elections.   Voter ID is the only way we can be reasonably certain that most of the voters are American citizens.   Our elections are far more important that any other issue because they determine the health and future of our nation.

The Marxists claim that making English the only language used during elections creates a hardship for legal immigrants.   Actually, English skills have been a requirement for immigrants to become citizens since 1907.   Furthermore, the Voting Rights Act gives all voters the right to bring an interpreter to help them if they cannot understand enough English to vote intelligently.   Therefore, legal immigrants should have no problem with English - only illegals will have a problem.

English should be the only language used for elections, yet foreign language ballots will be available in 25 States in the 2014 mid-term elections.   As has happened in past elections, there will be massive voter fraud.
 

ObamaCare Forced on an Unwilling Public

From the day Obama proposed ObamaCare, polls have shown that the American people are overwhelmingly opposed to it.   The more Americans learned about ObamaCare, the more they opposed it.   As ObamaCare begins to be enforced, polls show that it is more unpopular than ever.

Obama lied repeatedly to make ObamaCare less obnoxious to voters.   He stated, "If you like your doctor, you will be able to keep your doctor, period.   If you like your health care plan, you'll be able to keep your health care plan, period.   No one will take it away, no matter what."   Obama was on video at least 29 times telling these lies.   He made this promise in a nationally televised address before Congress.   He made this promise throughout the 2012 election year.   He lied about ObamaCare's cost, promising that the average American family will pay $2,500 less per year for health insurance if ObamaCare is passed into law.   Actually, it is costing the American family $3,200 more per year.  

Obama managed to secure passage of Obamacare by one vote in the Senate because he bribed senators.   He bribed Senator Ben Nelson of Nebraska with the "Cornhusker Kickback".   He bribed Senator Mary Landrieu with the notorious $300,000 "Louisiana Purchase".

Obama knowingly lied [as he always does] about the cost of Obamacare (less than $1 trillion over the next 10 years according to Obama).   The truth is that over the next 10 years, it will cost the American people $2.4 trillion, according to the non-partisan Congressional Budget Office.   But the true cost of Obamacare is over $10 trillion when you factor in the cost to the States, the individual Americans who are now required to purchase Obama-approved health care plans at the cost of exploding insurance premiums, the $716 billion that ObamaCare steals from Medicare, and the increased cost to businesses of complying with ObamaCare mandates.

In two pages from the WorldNetDaily by Larry Klayman we see the strange fiasco of ObamaCare being ruled a tax by Supreme Court Chief Justice Roberts.   Roberts literally changed his mind overnight to let ObamaCare remain legal.   The Obama Administration has been very good at discovering dirt in their opponents' pasts.   Klayman seems to believe that the Obama Administration blackmailed Roberts.   The National Security Agency (NSA) under Obama spies upon everyone now just like Big Brother in Orwell's novel Brave New World.   If you have never read this novel, you should.

 
Elimination of Older Americans

One of the communist aims in America is to make more Americans believe the propaganda and the revised history that the communists put out in our schools, colleges, universities, and by other means.   The older people have had courses in critical thinking and history, and they tend to teach truths to some of the younger people.   So the communists in America want to eliminate the older people as time passes until there are only ignorant slaves that are easily manipulated.

The above can best be accomplished through ObamaCare and Social Security reductions.   So $716 billion of Medicare money is being taken away from Medicare to fund ObamaCare, when Medicare is already operating in the red.   "Death panels" will be the result much as is the case with the Veteran's Administration today.   Social Security will be "adjusted" according to the following if B.O. succeeds.

1. Eliminate Cost-of-Living Adjustments (COLA) in Social Security.   This has already been accomplished to the point that older people are having a tough time with inflation.   But it will get worse if the communists in both houses of Congress are not replaced with real Americans.

2. Implement Means Testing.   Your savings can be depleted quickly by the communist legislators deciding that you do not need Social Security.

3. Raise the retirement age.   If older people had placed their lifelong payments into Social Security in ordinary bank CDs during the course of their lives, and the Federal Reserve (Big Bankers' Cartel) had kept reasonable interest rates for CDs (about 3.5 percent).   Instead of the piddling little they are now getting in social security checks, they would be getting four times as much just on interest - and the principal would be there to will to their descendants.   Yet, the communist legislators want to raise the retirement age now that Congress has stolen the reserve from the Social Security Trust Fund.   This adds insult to injury.   And the Federal Reserve is behind much of this as well as the communists.   See The Federal Reserve System.

4. Completely refuse to introduce any legislation to address the Social Security crisis.
The communist left does not want to address this crisis.   A solution would aid older Americans and thus be against the leftist policy.

From the National Review Online: The Independent Payment Advisory Board (IPAB) consists of up to 15 unelected government "experts".   Its stated purpose is to restrain Medicare spending.   If projected spending exceeds certain targets, ObamaCare requires IPAB to issue 'legislative proposals' to reduce future spending.   Those proposals could include drastic cuts that jeopardize seniors' access to health care, leading some critics to label IPAB "death panels".   But the really dangerous part is that these are not mere "proposals".   ObamaCare requires the Secretary of Health and Human Services to implement them - which means they become law automatically - unless Congress takes certain steps to head them off.

That makes IPAB more than an advisory board.   It's a super-legislature whose members are more powerful than members of Congress.

Worse, ObamaCare forbids Congress to repeal IPAB outside of a brief window in 2017 - and even then requires a three-fifths supermajority in both chambers plus a Presidential signature.   Under ObamaCare, after 2017 Congress could repeal Medicare but not the board it created to run Medicare.

From the Washington Times, As 2014 unfolds, the most vulnerable senior citizens - those who receive home health care services - are about to learn they are out of luck ... with many losing access to home health care.   On Jan. 1, 2014, Medicare's home health care services, formerly serving 3.5 million elderly beneficiaries ... were cut under ObamaCare.   The cut depleted exactly 14 percent, or an estimated $22 billion from these lowest-income Americans over four years.   News of the forthcoming cut only trickled out the Friday before Thanksgiving, yet another stunning attempt by the Obama White House to reduce Medicare benefits without attracting notice.

Actually, Obama and his leftist allies created ObamaCare according to the system proposed by Cloward & Piven to destroy the American economy and create a vacuum for communism to move into America.
 

Unconstitutional Tax Imposition

This section might have been called "illegitimate use of his stolen office". Obamacare was ruled as a tax by the Supreme Court.   According to the Constitution, tax legislation must be initiated in the House.   Obamacare was not initiated in the House.   Consequently, it is illegal - taxation without representation - just what the American Revolution was about.
 

Defying a Federal Court Order

Obama refused to halt the unconstitutional implementation of Obamacare, in violation of Section 3, Article II, and Sections 1 & 2, Article III, of the Constitution.
 

Assault on Christians and Religious Freedom

Obama's Health and Human Services Department has, on its own, without Congressional approval, issued a mandate that all health insurance plans must include coverage for abortion-inducing drugs.   As a result, pro-life employers and taxpayers are now effectively required to pay for abortions.

This is an attack on religious freedom and freedom of conscience and violates the First Amendment, the 1993 Religous Freedom Restoration Act, and even the part of the Obamacare law prohibiting any taxpayer funds from being used to pay for abortions.

This written language was inserted into the Obamacare law explicitly to win the support of a group of pro-life Democrats in the U.S. House of Representatives, without whose support Obamacare would have been defeated in the House.
 

Unconstitutional Assault on the Second Amendment

Obama issued in one day, separate executive "actions" (another name for "orders") that attack and undermine the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms.   Hitler did this when taking over Austria.   It is what every dictator does at one point.   The Founding Fathers knew this and that is why the Second Amendment is in the Bill of Rights.

Especially slimy is Obama's executive order amending Obamacare to allow doctors and hospitals to investigate which patients own a gun.   This executive order could allow the federal government to track and monitor law-abiding gun owners simply because they sought medical care.

Obama knows that taking over America without first taking away privately-owned firearms would be difficult.   He knows that Adolf Hitler first had the guns in Austria registered before taking them away.   The same is true of other dictator's methods.   The United Nations Small Arms Treaty would put an end to our 2nd Amendment rights to keep and bear arms if were signed by Obama and subsequently enforced in the United States.   One more leftist judge on the Supreme Court could tip the balance against private gun owners.

Obama is also pushing for private background checks for everyone with added rules which would make legally transfering firearms between private citizens an impossibility.   This is not really something designed for public safety.   Instead, it creates a way for the government to seize firearms more easily.   Obamacare has been suggested as a means for doctors to request information on guns in private homes before providing healthcare.   An executive order for gun registration is another means to tell where the guns are.

Neither the U.N. Arms Treaty, the healthcare clinics, the doctors, nor an executive order should ever be allowed as a means to have an international registry of gun owners.   The Founding Fathers were clear in their intent that we the People have the means to defend ourselves against all enemies, both foreign or domestic.   Obama and his Marxist allies are our enemies, both foreign and domestic.

Some of Obama's anti-gun measures are:
- 23 anti-gun Executive Actions in preparation for seizing our firearms
- registered (illegally) the names of gun owners who buy more than one rifle at a time in southern border states
- supported and promoted the United Nations Arms Treaty which would "regulate" our right to own small arms
- pushed Congress to expand the Brady Law on background checks for gun purchases
- banned our ability to buy a weapon used in any war overseas
- pushed to bring back the Clinton gun ban
- gave himself powers to impose martial law whenever he sees fit to do so - without Congressional approval.

Obama is still working on the above even though his actions have cause a 45 percent increase in pro-gun organization members and a huge increase in the sales of firearms in the U.S.
 

Operation Fast and Furious

This was Obama's gun-running scheme that put thousands of American semi-automatic weapons in the hands of Mexican drug cartels.   Many people were killed as a result.   But then Obama has never balked at murdering those who are not part of his club of psychopathic elitists.   He claimed he did not know what his Justice Department was doing - and Eric Holder claimed that he also did not know, but this was proven to be a lie.

This was an obvious attempt to discredit lawful gun ownership in America by purposely creating murders by guns.   Obama knew that guns in the hands of drug cartels would serve his purpose, but he got caught with his hand in the cookie jar.

Using the Eric Holder "Department of Injustice", the ATF supplied weapons to Mexican drug lords - which subsequently killed at least one U.S. Border Patrol agent and hundreds of Mexicans. The weapons are still being used in this manner because they cannot be recalled.   This was part of a plan to ultimately have totalitarian gun control in the U.S., but it backfired.

Eric Holder lied to Congress and obstructed justice.   He also refused to testify or turn over Justice Department documents.   He was found in contempt of Congress, but Obama used "Executive Privilege" to shield him and to prevent disclosure of Obama's part in the murders.   There is no justice when the Attorney General and the President are the ones being investigated.   The "Justice Department" is composed of foxes in the hen house.

Special Agent John Dodson is the whistleblower who exposed the illegal plot to supply Mexican criminals with American guns.   Because he told the truth, he has been threatened, his career derailed, and his good name smeared with lies leaked out by the Obama/Holder "Justice" Department.

Dodson was ordered to Arizona to carry out the ATF mission.   He was to focus on a group of individuals known as "strawbuyers", those to buy guns for others.   They would buy guns legally and then transfer them to drug cartels in Mexico.   Dodson would watch the same buyer purchase up to 40 weapons at a gun store, and then come back for more.   When Dodson asked if he should stop the sales of guns, he was told to stand down and just watch.   Dodson and other agents were shocked because the ATF (Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives) is supposed to prevent illegal transfers of weapons.

The agents warned their supervisors that these guns would kill Americans, but they were told to keep quiet.   Then on December 14, 2010, Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was murdered with one of those guns.   Two guns were left on the scene after the shoot-out. Both were guns from the illegal transactions that Dodson and his fellow agents wanted to stop.

Dodson tried calling the ATF's chief counsel and got no reply.   He then tried to call the Inspector General on his hot line, and got nothing.   Then he learned that U.S. Senator Chuck Grassley's office might be looking into the operation.   He contacted the Senator's office and that was the beginning of the subsequent cover-up under Attorney General Holder.   And Holder and his thugs did more.

Dodson was transferred out of the Phoenix Field Division.

His supervisors gave Dodson a "below average" performance review.

When he was asked to testify at a congressional hearing, ATF officials attempted to "ice" Dodson's testimony by delivering a threatening letter to him just hours before he was scheduled to testify.

Now it has come to light that the Justice Department leaked documents to the press to discredit Dodson and ruin him.
 

Racism

Prosecutors in the Justice Department had secured felony convictions against racist New Black Panthers for brandishing weapons at polling places and threatening white voters in Philadelphia.   The perpetrators were awaiting sentencing when Obama's Attorney General, Eric Holder, dropped the charges (because these criminals were merely helping Obama to be elected).

The New Black Panthers, who had their own page in the 2008 Obama for President campaign website, have called for a "race war" against white Americans.   Their leader in Philadelphia was videotaped admonishing passersby to "kill some cracker" and "kill white babies".

In Louisiana, a black man who was at the polls was severely beaten by black thugs who considered the victim to be too conservative.   Holder refused to have an investigation of this incident (the thugs were black and in favor of Obama).

August 2014

In Ferguson, Missouri, a white policeman killed a black 270 pound "kid" who had robbed a convenience store.   Immediately looters, vandals, and agitators arrived on the scene to steal, vandalize, and incite violence upon peaceful blacks who lived in Ferguson.   Particularly Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, professional "community organizers" (Saul Alinsky-style agitators from Chicago) began holding rallies to inflame the locals - in effect, creating a lynch-mob mentality to hang the policeman.

With Obama's blessing, Eric Holder was sent with his "Justice Department" and FBI agents to take over from the local law enforcement - setting the fox to monitor the henhouse.

Most of the eyewitness reports are very different from one another.   A grand jury has been set up to decide whether to try the police officer for murder or not.   With Sharpton and Jackson deciding in advance that the policeman is guilty, and Holder's goons doing a third investigation after the locals first two, justice for the policeman seems to be impossible - and even if the policeman were proven to be merely protecting his own life, there will be a price on his head from the part of the black community that has bought into Sharpton's lies.   To make matters worse, the Governor (democrat) has asked that the policeman be prosecuted - even before the grand jury can decide whether the case is worth a trial.

Sharpton and Jackson, along with their minions, are professional hoodlums who find ways to divide, disrupt, and beggar communities.   In the old days, they would be tarred and feathered.   They have done more to create bad press for blacks and foment racism than anyone since the Watts riots.   In fact, they are the ideological descendants of the agitators of the Watts riots.   The only difference being that the Watts riots agitators were taught by the KGB and the Cuban DGI in Cuba, while Sharpton, Jackson, and their minions were taught in Chicago.   Yes, they are out to destroy America, but they will not be accountable as long as racist Eric Holder controls the Justice Department and Obama is able to bail him out when he is found in contempt of Congress.

Whether the policeman is found guilty of anything or not, he should have been presumed innocent until proven guilty by the facts - which are currently in dispute.   Lynch mobs are created through emotion rather than logic.   Emotion can be created and fueled by subhumans like Sharpton and Jackson.   Once emotions are strong enough, they direct them as a political force (just as Saul Alinsky taught in his book Rules for Radicals.)   The smarter blacks in Ferguson are beginning to realize that their community is losing its wealth and that blacks are losing prestige through the actions of the "community organizers".

And why is Obama guilty of this further divisiveness?   He appointed the subhuman who is the Attorney General of the United States, the man who welcomes thuggishness in blacks and whites who support Obama, and who goes after those who oppose Obama and divisiveness.
 

Attempting to Become the Dictator of America

U.S. Senator Ted Cruz of Texas issued a report documenting how the "Obama Administration, through its Department of Justice, has repeatedly advocated a radical theory of "sweeping federal power" and "continues seeking ways to expand its power in direct violation of Americans' constitutional rights".   Senator Cruz' report reveals that the Obama Administration claims it has the authority to "electronically track all of our movements, confine us without a fair hearing, dictate who churches choose as ministers, displace state laws (based on the President's whims), bring debilitating lawsuits against individuals based on events that occurred ten years ago, and destroy a person's private property without just compensation."

Examples follow.

Without Congressional approval, Obama gutted the work requirements for welfare recipients passed by Congress and signed into law by President Bill Clinton.   [This is another means to have more people voting for him.   In the old days, the winos were given bottles of wine to vote for the candidate.]

In the bailout of General Motors and Chrysler, Obama illegally shortchanged bond holders in favor of labor unions, despite U.S. bankruptcy laws that specify that bond holders be first in line to be paid back.   This was a means to be sure that the corrupt union bosses would contribute to the Obama campaign.   It takes very little money to make the unions beholden to Obama and that money was not Obama's.

Eager to use the killing of Osama Bin Laden for political gain, Obama exposed the identity and method of operation of the Navy SEALs that conducted the operation in Pakistan.   This exposed the SEALs to a lifetime risk of reprisal.   Twenty-two SEALs were killed as a result.   [There might be more to it than that.   The SEALs involved might have known too much.   We were never allowed to see photos of Bin Laden's body, and it was buried at sea very quickly to prevent anyone else from seeing it.   There are many who believe that Bin Laden was dead long before a look-alike was targeted for campaign purposes.]

Obama established an extra-constitutional top secret "kill list" of people (including Americans) who can be summarily killed on sight - presumably by drones - without due process.   Once on Obama's kill list, an American citizen can be targeted and executed on the opinion of a single government bureaucrat.

Obama Administration officials twisted the arms of defense contractors to not issue layoff notices in October of 2012 so as to avoid causing bad news for Obama right before the election - even though the WARN Act (a federal law) requires such notices.   Not only is this a violation of federal law, it is also an unlawful use of federal officials for campaign purposes.

Obama intervened militarily in Libya in 2011 without Congressional approval required by the War Powers Act.

Abama knowingly lied to Congress and American people about the killing of U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans in Benghazi, Libya.   Obama and his representatives repeatedly said that an anti-Islamic video sparked a spontaneous uprising in Libya that resulted in the killings - even though Obama knew that the attack was a well-planned military-style assault by Al Qaeda on the anniversary of September 11.

Michelle Obama's family trip to Africa in June of 2011, including a private safari at a South African game preserve, cost American taxpayers $424,000 for air travel alone.   Mrs. Obama brought along both her makeup artist and hairstylist, as well as her mother, a niece and nephew, and her daughters, who were listed as "senior staff members".   This was theft of federal funds.
 

Bribery

The Obama administration ordered certain individuals to offer bribes to at least three federal candidates for office (Joe Sestak, Andrew Romanoff, and Jim Matheson).   This is in violation of U.S. Code, Title 18, Section 201.
 

The Murder of Pakistani Civilians

Obama's policy of indiscriminate drone attacks in Pakistan has killed hundreds of innocent civilians, including at least 176 children.   An investigation of Obama for war crimes has already begun. [As a sidelight, the showing of photos of Bin Laden's body has been banned, and the body was dumped into the ocean before an independent look at it could happen.   Was it really Bin Laden that was killed or had he died earlier?   If another individual was killed instead to aid Obama in his coming election, wouldn't this be true to Obama's known methods?]
 

Escalating the Threat of Nuclear War

It appears that since he took office, Obama has done everything he could to destabilize the Middle East.   By refusing to take adequate steps against Iranian acquisition of a nuclear warhead capability and its delivery, showing weakness by talking big and doing nothing, by refusing to create a missile defense system, giving up our nuclear warhead advantage over Russia, and similar actions, Obama has showed the world that he is a rabbit creating a power vacuum that allows the negative forces to establish themselves.   North Korea, Russia, and Mexico lately are examples of nations with no respect fot he United States under Obama. War happens when a strong peace-keeping nation becomes weak.
 

Cutting America's Nuclear Force

The only tried and true means of preventing aggression against America is keep America's military strong.   Our nuclear capability is our means of deterring other nations from moving against us.   This was proven during the cold war and still holds true today when we are still in a war of a different variety.   Obama knows this, and he is doing what he can to weaken us and encourage our enemies to move against us.   He has been calling for an 80% cut in our nuclear force.   This would cripple us and make us prey to Russia, China, the United Nations (which is communist-dominated), or any other aggressive anti-American nation or group of nations.

Because the United States has been a force for peace, weakening us would allow more bullying of smaller nations.   Putin moving against Ukraine and stealing Crimea is a good example of how smaller nations can be bullied.   Obama's foreign policy of weakness is largely responsible for such actions.

Other nations are increasing their stockpiles of nuclear weapons and Iran is pursuing a nuclear program while Obama is systematically disarming us.
 

Giving America's Secrets to Its Enemies

On January 4, 2012, Obama told Congress that he is prepared to share U.S. missile defense secrets with Russia, and U.S. officials under Obama are planning to provide Moscow with the Standard Missile-3 data - despite security warnings that this move could compromise the effectiveness of the system by allowing Russian weapons to counter the missile.   Experts have also warned that Russia could share the secrets with China, Iran, and North Korea.   These are secrets that have been desired by Russia for years and Obama is prepared to hand them over.

As part of the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty signed by Obama in 2011, information about every trident missile the U.S. supplies to Great Britain was given to Russia.   Obama sold out our greatest ally and aided Russia.
 

Is Obama a Traitor?

It is difficult consider Obama a traitor because he is not an American.   He is an enemy agent deliberately placed here by our enemies.   However, since many Americans are mentally incapable of understanding Obama's actions, they still consider him to be an American.   Those people might consider Obama to be a traitor.   Article III, Section 3 states Treason against the United States shall consist ... giving [our enemies] Aid and Comfort. Obama has been and is attempting to destroy our economy, our democracy, our free-enterprise system, and any advantages we have militarily.   He has shown himself to be aiding the enemy with the whole world witnessing his acts.   Those who gave Russia our atomic secrets were executed for much less than what Obama has been and still is doing.
 

Committing U.S. Forces in Libya without Congressional Approval

Obama violated the War Powers Resolution by engaging in a war with Libya without Congressional consent.   For a Obama to legally commit U.S. military forces without Congressional approval, there must be an imminent threat to the U.S.   But Obama committed U.S. military forces to war in Libya without Constitutionally-mandated approval from Congress.   He justified his actions by stating he had the approval of the United Nations.   [The United Nations is dominated by nations that are, in reality, our enemies.   Yet we still give the corrupt U.N. our tax dollars.   We should withdraw from the U.N. and remove it from New York.   We should never be subservient to a foreign power, including the United Nations.]
 

Using Drones to Murder U.S. Citizens

Obama violated the 5th Amendment with the assassination of at least three American citizens.   Obama knew that they were American citizens who were provided with the right of due process, yet he personally authorized their assassination by drone.
 

Violating the 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th Amendments

Obama has been dictatorial rather than presidential since he entered the White House.   He knows how to destroy, but is incapable or unwilling to create a better America.   He created his National Defense Resources Preparedness Executive Order to give himself the authority to decide what is and what is not an emergency.   Once having declared an emergency he believes he can follow his own order which allows him to take command of everyone and everything in the nation.

Without the excuse of an emergency, Obama can have any American citizen arrested without a warrant.   Such a citizen can be indefinitely detained.
 

Using Executive Orders to Sidestep Congress

On numerous occasions, and with full knowledge of what he was doing (and is still doing), Obama has disregarded Congress and issued executive orders to accomplish his ends.   He has acted as if he were a dictator, violating the separation of powers to overturn and enact legislation he wanted.   This is especially blatant now, when he continues to change Obamacare (without Congressional approval) to suit the current situation.   According to the Constitution, the President has no authority to create a law or alter an existing law.   His job is to enforce laws.   Congress is the body empowered to make laws or change existing laws.

This conduct by Obama is a violation of the separation of powers provided for in the Constitution.   Obama has stated on numerous occasions that his intent is to go around Congress entirely - "I have a pen and I have a telephone" are the gist of his words on such occasions, meaning that he believes he can issue an executive order about anything he pleases and get away with it.

Speaker John Boehner is now in the process of suing Obama for his high-handed actions in bypassing Congress.   It is true that such a suit will probably go to the Supreme Court, and that enforcing any decision against Obama will be impossible (because the Justice Department has been taken over by the Obamites like Holder), but the publicity will aid in awakening the those of the populace who are still asleep and unaware that they are in danger.   The result could have a strong effect on the midterm elections even though there may still be a lot of election fraud by the Democrats.
 

Violating Anti-Trust Laws

Obama used threats of a worsening economy, Obama acted against U.S. anti-trust laws in taking over automotive, insurance, and banking corporations.   He then sold stock and used cronyism to repay political debts. [When someone like Obama or other politicians use their influence to aid certain wealthy corporations or individuals, the money comes back in the form of campaign finances.]
 

Used the Internal Revenue Service Against Political Opponents

This was a denial of the God-given right of freedom of speech and an illegal use of a government agency.   Conservative, Christian, and Tea Party organizations were denied tax-exempt status in an attempt to prevent more dollars from being used against the left (including Obama) in an election.   The IRS was also given the green light to give confidential information on taxpayers to other government agencies so that more "heat" could be placed on individual taxpayers.   It has come to light that several Democrats were involved in this scheme (one is Elijah Cummings).

Now, the IRS is claiming that they lost about two years of Lois Lerner's emails due to a computer crash.   This claim happened after Congress asked for the emails.   When asked for the emails of those corresponding with Lerner, those six were suddenly victims of "computer crashes".   The IRS Commissioner who was testifying was smug and arrogant, refusing to apologize or give any credibility to his claims of "losing" the emails.

The chances of computer crashes of only those particular people at that particular time are astronomically slim.   Everyone with a brain realizes that this is a very arrogant and obvious slap in the face of Congress and the American people.   But the American communist-dominated news media is not covering the story, and the IRS - which has been regularly and illegally leaking confidential information to other government organizations - is successfully stonewalling so that the White House and senior IRS members cannot be prosecuted for their actions.   The "lost" emails are available from at least three servers, and by law were supposed to have been backed up.   But the IRS is still refusing to find the emails, and Eric Holder will not let the matter be investigated by the FBI.

The White House, the Justice Department, the IRS, and the State Department are all under the control of Communist and Muslim infiltrators.   Eric Holder and his minions answer to the White House - and the White House, the IRS, and other government entities are immune to investigation as long as Holder refuses to investigate or to appoint an impartial investigator.   This means that America has been taken over by a Gestapo just as thoroughly as Germany was in the 1930s.

On June 25, 2014, it was discovered that Lois Lerner had emailed a request to audit Republican Senator Grassley without just cause.   This is just another example of criminal activity by the IRS.   The Senator received an invitation to speak and in the invitation was an offer to cover the cost for his wife to attend.   The communication was intercepted, and although the Senator had not accepted, he was being targeted by the Lois Lerner.

On July 31, 2014, I received a large package from Judicial Watch containing copies of the IRS emails.   There were three groups of these.

The first contains (1) a Judicial Watch press release summarizing what was received from the IRS through the lawsuit; (2) emails proving Lois Lerner and the IRS Headquarters ran the illegal conservative targeting program; (3) documents showing that Obama ally, liberal Senator Carl Levin, inappropriately egged on the IRS targeting program; (4) highlights from a report from the Treasury Department's Inspector General about the targeting program that blew the lid off the scandal; (5) congressional letter to Attorney General Eric Holder that was prompted by Judicial Watch's release of the IRS emails; and (6) excerpts from a key House committee report on the targeting program.

The second contains documents which include excerpts from a Judicial Watch press release and emails from the IRS obtained as a result of the lawsuit.   The emails are "smoking gun" evidence that the IRS attitude on conservative and Tea Party groups was not confined to the IRS.   They prove that former colleagues of Lois Lerner at the Federal Election Commission were actively working with her in trying to target and cripple political opponents of the Obama administration.

The third contains emails that were attached to a Judicial Watch press release.   They were acquired as a result of the lawsuit.   These prove that the corrupt Obama Justice Department reached out to Lois Lerner.   Together, they conspired about possibly subjecting "certain groups" to criminal prosecution.

Documents obtained from the IRS by Judicial Watch through the Freedom of Information Act lawsuits clearly prove that this targeting program was directed from IRS headquarters and that at least three other federal government agencies (the Federal Election Commission, the Department of Justice, and the FBI) unlawfully consulted with the IRS about elements of the program.
 

Turned the U.S. Military into a Social Experiment

By overturning the "Don't Ask/Don't Tell" policy, Obama again went around Congress.   Whether gays should be open in the military or not, it is not the business of the federal government (and certainly not one branch alone of the federal government) to dictate policy.   As an enemy agent, Obama's job has been to create divisiveness and discontent.   As a Saul Alinsky community organizer, he was well trained for this task.   Here is another example of Obama's expertise.
 

Endangering the Military

Obama wishes to weaken the U.S. military so that the United Nations can take us over.   In Iraq he made certain that we did not use enough troops to win without taking greater losses.   He then took out the troops to a level that allowed the enemy to begin taking over again. Now Iraq is a haven for Al Qaeda.

In Afghanistan, Obama has kept troop levels below what it takes to win, telegraphed to the Taliban the date we will leave, and is making certain that any forces we leave there will be overwhelmed.

By spreading the military too thin, Obama can overload this all-volunteer service to the point that very few new people will volunteer to be part of it.

Obama's green energy program is a disaster.   He signed an executive order (as any dictator will do) requiring the entire fleet of federal vehicles to run on alternative energy sources by 2015.   This has spawned a new generation of trucks that run on "green" power.   These new trucks are very expensive, unreliable, and put our military men and women in danger.   The Army was forced to order electric-powered trucks.   The American military is experieced in moving liquid fuel to the battlefield.   The liquid fuel is fast and inexpensive - especially in the Middle East.   These battery-powered trucks will run out of power after just 100 miles.   The recharging process takes about eight hours.   The U.S. will have to build multi-million dollar recharging stations.   The stations must be built to accommodate the trucks at the points where they run out of power.   How do you do this when supplying a fast push forward with the battle line?   And Obama has already caused the defense budget to be cut back to a ridiculously low point.   [The left believes that making a new law causes the law to work - or that repealing an old inconvient law will cause it to die.   Wouldn't it be wonderful is Obama would repeal the law of gravity and then step off a high cliff to show us how powerful he is?]

The batteries installed in the new trucks are unsafe.   The fuel cells are the lithium-ion type.   This means they are powered by a hazardous material according to the federal government.   They catch fire easily without an provocation - yet they are set within inches of the truck's occupants.   Of course, the greatest danger posed by the new trucks is that they will fail during missions and that will cause the missions to fail.   Commanders will have restricted mobility, will be less able to respond to a threat, will be prone to the inevitable defects of untried technology on the battlefield, and the enemy will know where and when to strike a transport convoy.

The same treasonous executive order is forcing the U.S. Navy to spend $170 million to power all surface ships and jet aircraft on biofuels made from algae.   As a result, there is four times the cost for the fuel.   The Navy now has to fly jets powered by fuel that is made from mashed camelina seeds that are only grown from specialty farms in California.   There price is $100 for 50 pounds before processing.   The Navy and Marine Corps spent $50 million to develop solar cells, failed, and were able to recoup only half the cost.   This was money wasted on a source of weak power that shuts off when the sun goes down.   In response to Obama's order, the U.S. Air Force now has inefficient wind-powered turbines.   So far, $336 million has been wasted on this project.   Three turbines were produced.   One does not work, and the others will take 15 years before to pay for themselves.   Geothermal energy is being tried at the Naval Air Station in Nevada.   The government botched a $9.12 million geothermal experiment that the Inspector General called "inadequately planned".

Our Enemy-in-Chief of the U.S. military is doing all he can to kill Americans.
 

The Veterans Administration Death Lists

Obama said he would see to it that our veterans were well cared for.   Now, the Veterans Administration at several states in the time of Obama has been discovered to have two lists - one that is legit and the other which is of those selected to be overlooked.   Over 40 veterans initially are known to have died waiting for an appointment or treatment that never arrived.   And there are many other examples of corruption.   Money has not been a problem except that it has been channeled wrongly after being given to the VA.

Obama talked the head of the VA into resigning since the scandal broke.   Inside Obama's head, gloating is the probable pastime since Obama dislikes military men, active or retired.   They tend to vote for someone else because they are wiser than their offspring.   This is also the reason that older people are slated to go to the other side much sooner than the younger ones.

When ObamaCare was challenged in the Supreme Court, Justice Roberts decided that it was a tax, that Congress was allowed to tax, and that ObamaCare is all right as is.   However, as a tax, it should have originated in the House, and it wasn't.

Obama has been adjusting ObamaCare all by himself without any help from the House or the Senate.   He has no constitutional authority to tweak the law, but he thinks he is a dictator and so far Congress has not put a lid on his self-indulgence.   As Obama has said, "I have a pen, paper, and a telephone.   So I don't need Congress." [Or something like that - he has indicated this at least three times since being in office.]

The problem is that the Veteran's Administration is a federal bureaucracy that can arbitrarily put a person on a list of those to die - and has effectively been doing so.   The same will be true of ObamaCare because it is another government bureaucracy which will be administered by a branch of the corrupt Internal Revenue Service.

Now (June 2014) it is known from the Inspector General investigation of the VA, that at least 70 percent of the VA facilities had "death lists" and there are many more instances of veterans dying before they could have medical appointments with VA doctors.   Over 57,000 veterans were not seen within 90 days of their applying for an appointment with a doctor.   Over 64,000 were on the "death lists" and were never given an appointment.   There are calls by senators for the FBI to get involved in criminal investigations, but the Justice Department under communist-appointed Eric Holder will more than likely refuse to allow FBI involvement.
 

Conspired with U.S. Representatives and Senators to Create a "Super Congress"

This is a blatant example of usurpation of the representative government guaranteed to the sovereign States - a usurpation in which powers are given to the federal government that are not authorized by the Constitution.
 

Directed the National Security Agency to Spy on Private Citizens

Whether you think whistleblower Snowden is a saint or a demon, what he exposed needed to be exposed - and he has suffered for is efforts.   The NSA is spying on every telephone call, email, text, internet search, credit card transaction, and more - of every man, woman, and child in America.

Obama wants power.   One of the paths to power is knowledge.   The more he knows about U.S. citizens, the more he can use his knowledge to control them.   With this knowledge obtained illegally by monitoring communication of all kinds, and with Eric Holder as his corrupt head of the so-called Justice Department, Obama can monitor and control any citizen who attempts to move counter to Obama's wishes.   Nazi Germany was like this before and during World War II.

Proving that the government is actually stealing your private information is difficult because the government won't tell what they have or even if they have it.   This makes suing the Obama and other government defendants a problem. Nevertheless, this is what is happening.

The Obama Justice Department lawyers were finally told by Judge Leon to quit stalling and provide a brief in response to the complaint that they were violating the Fourth Amendment with the NSA spying.   The Justice Department attorneys stated in their subsequent answer that Obama, Holder, NSA Director Alexander, and other collaborators are above the law and did not need to respond.   They then claimed that they were never served with the complaint.   [How did they know that they were above the law unless they had been served?]

This set in motion a ping-pong game with the motions filed and negative responses with the Justice Department stonewalling.   According to Attorney Larry Klayman, Obama and the other government defendants are individually liable for their illegal unconstitutional acts according a precedent set by the landmark Supreme Court case of Bivens vs. Six Unknown Agents of the Federal Bureau of Narcotics, 403 U.S. 388 (1971), which also involved the Fourth Amendment.
 

Conspiring with the Clintons for Illegal Funds

Hillary Clinton seems to have accepted her position as Secretary of State so that her husband could be paid millions (bribed) from various sources to for his speaking engagements.   According to Judicial Watch, the total comes to about $48 million.   The engagements include one to a UBS Wealth Management audience in Chicago (April 2012), a Wells Fargo audience in San Francisco (October 2011), a group in Moscow sponsored by the investment bank Renaissance Capital (June 2010), a group at the Ritz Carlton in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands (March 2011), and others.   The Clintons turned the State Department into a racket to line their own pockets, while Obama looked the other way.   It was a means of laundering illegal money.   According to an AP wire story, Saudi Arabia alone gave $10 to $25 million to the Clinton Foudation.   This can be likened to a Mafia protection service.
 

Misleading the Public on Ebola

Not only has the White House misled the public on the dangers of Ebola, it has taken no serious steps in restricting travel and quarantining those who might be infected.   This is something that seems incredible until one realizes that Obama and his handlers wish to make America weak enough to be taken over by United Nations forces.   Ebola loose in America would certainly weaken us to say the least and eliminate at least half of the population.
 

Sabotage of the U.S. Economy

The excessive and unnecessary spending that Obama had Pelosi and Reid push through Congress through closed doors (only Democrats allowed) has put the national debt to over $17 trillion.   Obamacare is supposed to be the final effort before the economy fails completely.   A book by Cloward and Piven provided the means to destroy the U.S. economy, and Obama has faithfully followed its recipe.   The idea is to overload the system - which Obamacare does.
 

Using Gestapo Tactics to Steal Land

The federal government (Bureau of Land Management) has been taking all the land that should belong to the sovereign States and Individual Americans.   In Nevada recently, Obama's Mafia-style goons at the BLM sent a SWAT team of thugs to the scene of what they claim were merely "trespassing cattle".   The federal thugs aimed their rifles, machine guns, attack dogs, and drones the unarmed members of a family accused of letting their cattle graze on so-called federal land.

But this goes a bit farther when one digs into it.   Harry Reid's already-fully-stuffed wallet is involved.   Using the survival of the Desert Tortoise as an excuse, he and his son want to take the land for their own purposes, a solar farm the Communist Chinese want to build - and Reid gets cash for his campaign while his Communist Chinese allies get more American land.   Reid is the righthand man of Obama, the dictator of the Senate who chooses what can be discussed and what cannot be discussed.   He also invoked the "nuclear option" against filibustering, using a tactic that has been against Senate rules for generations.   This option allows crooked democrat/"progressive"/communists to be confirmed without anyone able to contest the confirmation.

Obama's Gestapo was also sending a message telling you that Obama is the supreme law of the land - not to be messed with on pain of death.   There is no doubt that Obama ordered the SWAT team, machine guns, and drones to intimidate and physically bludgen if necessary, all opposition to his Marxist/Muslim dictatorship.

A good legal case can be made that the BLM and their thugs are the real trespassers.   Unfortunately, some cattle were killed and a lot of vandalism occurred by mercenary thugs.   None of the damage is likely to be paid to the victims.   Needless to say, the poor Desert Tortoise will be in very serious trouble if the wind farm is built.   Their supposed plight from cattle grazing was simply the most convenient excuse for Obama and Reid to find in a short time.
 

Using the FCC to Take Over the Internet
(Called "Net Neutrality".)

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is supposed to be an independent body that is not controlled politically.   It is composed of five commissioners and a huge back-up bureaucracy.   Each commissioner is appointed by the President for a term of five years.   When, for some reason, a commissioner does not complete his or her term, the President appoints someone to fill the vacancy until the current term is ended.   There can be no more than three of the five commissioners from one political party, and each commissioner's appointment must be confirmed by the Senate.

Presently, we have five commissioners: Jessica Rosenworcel, Ajit Pai, Mignon Clyburn, Tom Wheeler, and Michael O'Rielly.   Only one of the five, Ajit Pai, whose parents were immigrants from India, appears to have a strong desire to keep the Internet essentially unregulated.

Most of our current commissioners were appointed by Barack Obama to complete the five-year terms of commissioners who (for some strange reason) failed to complete their terms.   Jessica Rosenworcel was confirmed May 11, 2012, to complete a term ending in June 2015.   Ajit Pai was confirmed May 12, 2012, to complete a term ending in June of 2016.   Mignon Clayburn was confirmed June 7, 2012, to complete at term ending in 2017.   Tom Wheeler, the Chairman, was confirmed in November of 2013 (don't know when his term completes).   Michael O'Rielly was confirmed October 29, 2013, to complete a term ending on June 30, 2014.   Wheeler spent six weeks in Iowa aiding Obama's campaign efforts, and raised over $500,000 for Obama's campaign.   O'Rielly is a prominent Republican.

These were the people whom the psychopath-in-chief appointed to eventually complete a 122 page document of Internet regulations based upon a change that classifies the Internet under "telecommunications" rather than under "information".   The change of Internet status was "recommended" to the FCC by Obama.   The unconstitutional document was created surreptitiously and not given much time for reading or commenting.

Ajit Pia had this to say about the change: [It provides] "authoritarian states an excuse to censor the Internet in their countries."   Of course, it interferes with freedom of speech and is, therefore, against our Bill of Rights.

This document was completed by a bureaucracy in which every member was appointed by our current dictator.   Obama wants to remain our dictator, but if not, he still wants his bosses to be in charge (the Elite that established the big banks of the world).   The New World Order (NWO) is foremost in Obama's agenda, and the Internet tends to expose the motives and methods of those who are moving us toward the NWO.   Adolph Hitler was no different from Obama, but Hitler lived in a different country with different citizens.

We should not have "independent" government bureaucracies who make regulations that are not subject to easy reading by Congress, and they should be passed by both houses of Congress before they become law.   Both houses of Congress today place the burden of creating new de facto laws upon bureaucrats, while most of the representatives and senators spend their time on grandstanding or campaigning for re-election.   Our representatives and senators should be forced to read regulations, and bills before they can be passed.
 

Questions to be Asked

White House Watch wants to put Obama under oath and ask him the following questions.   In my opinion, this would be a waste of time.   As an Alinsky community organizer, Obama was trained to lie under all circumstances.   Marxists do not believe in God or an afterlife, so what oath could Obama take that would be important to him?   Both Muslims and Marxists are willing to lie when it is for the cause to which they are bound.   So we have a lying Muslim Communist and want him to take an oath?   Nevertheless, what follows is a dream list of questions (that have been corrected because the original had several errors in it) that some would like to ask Obama.

1.   As a candidate for office, did you not pledge that you would faithfully execute the laws of the United States of America which included securing, safeguarding, and protecting Medicare?

2.   As President of the United States, did you pursue a national health care act and sign into law a bill that would cut $716 billion from medicare?

3.   As President of the United States, do you take responsibility for all your deeds and actions that have effectively destroyed Medicare and the future health of tens of milliions of seniors?

4.   As President of the United States, did you not take an oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies domestic and foreign?

5.   As President of the United States, did you not ignore and take no action when four Americans pleaded for help and you, as commander-in-chief, sat idly by as they were murdered by al-Qaeda in cold blood?

6.   As President of the United States, you took an oath of office to boldly defend America's sovereignty.   And yet you consistently lied to the American people concerning our national security regarding terrorism.

7.   As you were sworn in as President of the United States, Social Security was in its 73rd year of providing benefits, prosperity, and a secure future for tens of millions of seniors.   Why did you turn your back on those Americans receiving Social Security and purposely pursue an economic policy that would lead Social Security to bankruptcy?

8.   As President of the United States, why have you pursued policies, actions, and deeds that weaken the support system that all American seniors depend on?

9.   As President of the United States, how could you in good conscience run up a debt of 6 trillion dollars that you knew could never be repaid and would leave America in an untenable economic decline?   (The national debt is now over $17 trillion.)

10.   As President of the United States, you swore an oath to defend the Constitution and yet you have presided over an administration of corruption, deceit, cronyism, incompetence, and moral turpitude - an impeachable offense according to the Constitution of the United States as a "high crime and misdemeanor."   Do you plead guilty or not guilty of this offense?

DO DEMOCRAT LAWMAKERS ANTICIPATE TREASON TRIALS?

According to a report by Breitbart’s Elizabeth Sheld, eight Democrat lawmakers have proposed a bill that would eliminate the death penalty as a consequence for individuals convicted of numerous federal crimes, among them espionage and treason.   Nothing happens in Washington without a reason, so The Federal Death Penalty Abolition Act (HR 3741) gives rise to a bevy of questions and suspicions.

What motivation would congressional Democrats have for wishing to neutralize the death penalty option for such serious crimes?   While the average news consumer is conditioned to summarily dismiss the machinations of government unless it directly impacts their pocketbook, or their sensibilities are deliberately targeted by the press, common sense dictates that elected officials proposing such a law could be anticipating the requisite conditions, thus necessitating the law in the first place.

So, who do these lawmakers suppose might be tried for treason, espionage, or the host of other federal crimes now punishable by death in the not-so-distant future?

Well, take your pick. President Obama himself committed a treasonable offense in supplying military aid to rebels fighting against the Assad regime in Syria, first clandestinely and then overtly after circumventing laws expressly prohibiting same.   What other treasonable offenses he may have committed attendant to this process (including those related to the 9/11/12 attack on the Benghazi compound) remains to be seen.

Obama’s insinuation of Muslim Brotherhood operatives into sensitive government positions, as well as actions pursuant to his relationship with them are likely treasonable offenses.   Despite the Muslim Brotherhood’s intended goal in subjugating America and the rest of the globe, the only reason that this has not been an issue of contention is because Obama and his surrogates themselves do not wish it to be, the press has been complicit, and the Republican leadership are invertebrates.

Then, there are the recent reports coming out of the Middle East as represented by former Muslim Brotherhood member Walid Shoebat.   According to Naglaa Mahmoud, wife of Egypt’s ousted President Mohammed Morsi and Muslim Sisterhood operative, Bill and Hillary Clinton (with an emphasis on Hillary) have been deeply involved with the Brotherhood since the 1980s.   Mahmoud has been implicated in Egypt in anti-government operations dedicated to returning her husband to power; he remains in Egyptian custody.

Mahmoud recently appeared on Turkish television network Mehwar TV and alleged that the Clintons recruited her and her husband in the 1980s toward the end of advancing everything from “Green” initiatives in the West to the ascendancy of the Muslim Brotherhood in the Middle East.

Hillary Clinton’s “Girl Friday” just happens to be Huma Abedin (her Deputy Chief of Staff when she was Secretary of State), whose mother is a colleague of Mahmoud’s and a long-time leader in the Muslim Sisterhood.   Oddly enough, one of the few topics that Mahmoud refuses to discuss is Abedin. According to Shoebat,   “In December of 2011, Abedin went on maternity leave.   She returned in June of that year while simultaneously taking a job a Special Government Employee (SGE).   In addition to her role their being quite ambiguous, questions about the legality of the arrangement caught the eye of Senator Charles Grassley, who sent Secretary of State John Kerry a letter demanding answers.”

What was Abedin doing?   Who knows, but some of the activities in which Mahmoud alleges the Muslim Brotherhood and the Clintons were involved most certainly do not reflect a primary concern for the security of the United States.   Were they treasonable?   Only an extensive investigation might reveal that, but these allegations proffer that the Clintons’ relationship with the Muslim Brotherhood predates Bill becoming Governor of Arkansas.

Then, we have the body counts.   Recently, Larry Nichols, a former Clinton operative, almost casually admitted to having murdered for the Clintons on a regular basis, whether it was low-level political opponents, or “weak link” confidants who held information that might compromise their power.

The lengthy list of individuals whose suspicious deaths directly benefitted Barack Obama began even before he received the Democratic nomination.   Most recently of course, Hawaii State Health Director Loretta Fuddy was killed when the small plane carrying her and eight other people crashed into the ocean off the Hawaiian island of Molokai.   The only fatality, she is the individual who certified (I use the term loosely) President Obama’s long-form birth certificate.   The circumstances and accounts of her demise are respectively, sketchy and conflicting at best.

It is well-known that Obama’s close associates include members of the Weather Underground, whose stated mission was overthrowing the American government.   For his entire life, he has been surrounded by radicals, embittered, America-hating anti-colonialists, black nationalists, and avowed communists – yet this has never entered into the area of popular discussion, even in the face of the myriad policies, orders, and actions the President brought about which have directly compromised America’s economy, national security, and domestic tranquility.

Obama’s origin's narrative of course remains unresolved.   This week for the first time, a mainstream publication, www.post-gazette.com, supported the voracity of evidence that the President perpetrated a fraud with the forged long-form birth certificate released by the White House in April 2011.   It is a little-known fact that the submission of fraudulent documents toward attaining public office on the federal level remains an executable offense under the law.

It is possible that we not only have a pathologically unethical oligarchy in perpetual residence in our government, but various Mafia-like “families” sharing and trading off power, operating as they see fit, and compromising this nation in ways most Americans cannot yet imagine.   If so, the perpetrators must shudder to think of what an independent prosecutor or commission with no political allegiances might make of their activities over the last couple of decades.

So, congressional Democrats sponsoring HR 3741 might have been persuaded to do so by influential parties who fear that they may at some point be charged with espionage or treason.   On the other hand, they might be acting independently, in the anticipation of other prominent Democrats being so charged.   Perhaps some may even have purposed to facilitate such charges being leveled, knowing how toxic certain individuals have become to the party.

In such a case, they may be trying to spare their lives, as well as facilitating easier convictions.   Some might rather not have the blood of colleagues on their hands, but perceive the imperative of removing people who have become dangers to the Democrat Party, as well as traitors to the United States.

The following came from the internet as an email. It is supposed to be from an 82 year old lady. She says that Obama is amazing, and is rebuilding the American dream! When discussing Obama she says:

1. Obama destroyed the Clinton political machine, driving a stake through the heart of Hillary's presidential aspirations - something no Republican was ever able to do.

2. Obama killed off the Kennedy dynasty - no more Kennedy's trolling Washington looking for booze and women wanting rides home.

3. Obama is destroying the Democratic Party before our eyes! Dennis Moore had never lost a race. Evan Bayh had never lost a race. Byron Dorgan had never lost a race. Harry Reid - soon to be GONE!

These are just a handful of the Democrats whose political careers Obama has destroyed. By the end of 2016, dozens more will be gone. Just think, in December of 2008 the Democrats were on the rise. In two election cycles, they had picked up 14 Senate seats and 52 House seats, The press was touting the death of the Conservative Movement and the Republican Party. However, in just one term, Obama put a stop to all of this and gave the House and the Senate back to the Republicans.

4. Obama has completely exposed liberals and progressives for what they are. Sadly, every generation seems to need to learn the lesson on why they should never actually put liberals in charge. Obama is bringing home the lesson very well: liberals tax, borrow, and spend. Liberals won't bring themselves to protect America. Liberals want to take over the economy. Liberals think they know what is best for everyone. Liberals are not happy until until they are running YOUR life.

5. Obama has brought more Americans back to conservatism than anyone since Reagan. In one term he has rejuvenated the Conservative Movement and brought out to the streets millions of freedom-loving Americans. Name one other time when you saw your friends and neighbors this interested in taking back America!

6. Obama with his "amazing leadership", has sparked the greatest period of sales of firearms and ammunition this country has seen. Law abiding citizens have rallied and have provided a "stimulus" to the sporting goods field while other industries have failed, faded, or moved off-shore.

7. In all honesty, four years ago I was more afraid than I have been in my life. Not afraid of the economy, but afraid of the direction our country was going. I thought, Americans have forgotten what this country is all about. My neighbors and friends, even strangers, have proved to me that lack of confidence in the greatness and wisdom of the American people has been flat wrong.

8. When the American people wake up, no smooth talking teleprompter reader can fool them! Barack Obama has served to wake up these great Americans! Again, I want to say "Thank you, Barack Obama!" After all, this is exactly the land of hope and change we desperately needed!

9. He has saved Carter's legacy and made Jimmy Carter happy, since Jimmy is no longer the worst president we've ever had. Credit goes where credit is due. I feel better now.
