Barack Hussein Obama has problems establishing his claim to be an American citizen. Some excellent research has been done regarding this subject and two books in particular cover the subject as well as can be expected considering the cover-up that the communists have put in place. The Manchurian President by Aaron Klein is one of those books, and The Obama Timeline by Don Fredrick is the other. Most of the information which follows is from these books - however, the information has been condensed and it is recommended that these books be read for the reader to attain information on related subjects as well as more complete detail on Obama's birth.Hawaiin documents seem to show that Obama was born on August 4, 1961. His mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, being a white American of age 18 from Wichita, Kansas - and his father, Barack Obama Senior, being a member of the Luo tribe from Nyang'oma Kogelo, Nyanza Province in Kenya which was a British colony at that time. His father was a foreign student at the University of Hawaii when he met Ann Dunham. Supposedly, they were married on February 2, 1961.
Barack Obama Sr.
He was a pro-Soviet Marxist from Kenya who met Ann when he was starting his second year at the University when Ann was beginning her first. He was an Arab-African Muslim by birth and an admitted atheist who already had two children by Kenyan woman. His father was angered by his marriage to Ann and wrote a long letter to her parents stating that "he didn't want the Obama blood sullied by a white woman.
Barack Obama Sr.'s education was sponsored in part by Laubach Literacy Institute which has links to the nation of Islam, and which considers a socialist world without national borders one of its goals. Senior was one-eighth African from his mother's side (the Luo tribe) and Arabic from his father's side. "Barack" and "Hussein" are names of Arab origin. "Barack comes from "baraka" meaning "blessed" in Arabic and meaning "blessing" in Kiswahili. "Hussein" comes from "Hussayn" in Arabic which is a diminutive of "Hassan" meaning "good" or "handsome".
Stanley Ann Dunham
Her father wanted a male child, so she was named Stanley, a name which she dropped. She was at times an atheist, an Adlai Stevenson liberal, a secular humanist, leftist social-activist, socialist, and student of cultural anthropology. She was a "free spirit" under age 18 when she met Obama Senior.
She was born November 29, 1942, at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, while her father was serving in the Army. Her family moved to Ponca City, Oklahoma, after World War II, later to Vernon, Texas, then to El Dorado, Kansas. In 1955, they moved to the Columbia City neighborhood of Seattle, Washington, where her father was employed managing a furniture store located down the street from the regional headquarters of the Communist Party USA.
In Seattle, Ann attended Epstein Middle School, and in 1956, the family moved to Mercer Island so she could attend Mercer Island High School. Her new high school had a school board led by John Stenhouse who was a member of the Communist Party USA. Ann's teachers included communists Jim Wichterman, whose assignments included reading the Communist Manifesto. Ann also attended the East Shore Unitarian Church in Bellevue of which Stenhouse was president. This church was known as the "little red church on the hill" because of its communist leanings.
Ann had reputation in high school for being a "free spirit" sexually. After Ann's high school graduation, her family moved to Hawaii where she enrolled the university. After at least one false pregnancy scare during her freshman year, Ann was described as shy and reluctant to participate in classroom discussions. Out of the classroom, she was friendly with the boys, frequently flirting with them and touching them. Her classmates say "When Dunham arrived in Hawaii she was a full-fledged leftist..."
In December of 1960, Ann informed Barack Senior that she was pregnant. His reponse was "It's not mine". It is not known whether Senior had told Dunham that he was married, but she may have discovered this from one of her classmates because she left him within a few weeks after her son's birth.
Obama Junior spent a lot of time with Frank Marshall Davis, a dope-smoking, drinking pal of Obama's grandfather, Stanley Dunham. Davis was a member of the Communist Party USA, a poet, propagandist, "bitter opponent" of capitalism, and radical agitator. He became Obama Junior's mentor. Davis was kicked out of the NAACP because of his organizing activities with the Communist Party. Davis had very sadistic sexual urges and boasted of exploits with "white babes".
In his autobiography, Davis writes of seducing a 13-year-old girl named Anne, which fuels speculation that "Anne" is "Ann Dunham" - and that Obama Junior's father is Davis. Some have noted that Davis' son bears a reasonable resemblance to Obama Junior.
On the other hand, there is speculation that Obama Junior is the son of civil right activist Malcolm X who was murdered in 1965, allegedly by members of the Nation of Islam. Ann Dunham graduated from high school in the Seattle area in 1960. Malcolm X formed the Nation of Islam Temple No. 67 in Seattle that same year and was a popular guest speaker at many universities, including the University of Washington. Ann Dunham was the type to be attracted to a Malcolm X speaking event, and she had a history of dating non-white students. Obama resembles Malcolm X considerably more than resembles Obama Senior - and his speech patterns are like those of Malcolm X and very dissimilar the speech patterns of Obama Senior.
Ann supposedly died of ovarian cancer on November 7, 1995. Her body was cremated and there was no funeral. Obama Junior did not attend her memorial service, but reportedly helped scatter the ashes in the ocean. Researchers have not been able to identify the hospital where she was treated. There are unconfirmed reports that her Social Security number is still active and being used by a "Kelly Ann Dunham" or a "Anna Soetoro". The odds of the Social Security Administration reissuing Ann Dunham's number to someone with either of these names is astronomical. Ann Dunham's mother purportedly worked as a volunteer for the probate department of the Oahu Circuit Court. She would have had access to the Social Security numbers of deceased individuals which could have been given to Ann or Obama to falsify the records. While attending Harvard Law School, Obama Junior is said to have fraudulently used a Social Security number belonging to a deceased resident of Connecticut who was born about 1890.
It is possible that if Ann Dunham still lives, Obama Junior would not want her to be queried regarding his birth. She would probably know the truth about his father whatever it may be - and Obama may not even know who his father is.
The Official Story
The official story claims that Obama Junior's parents separated two years after the marriage and were divorced in 1964. Obama Sr. returned to Kenya and was killed in an automobile accident in 1982. No legal documents regarding the marriage or photos showing the wedding ceremony have ever been published. According to an article by Christopher Anderson in Time Magazine, there were no witnesses to the alleged civil ceremony and none of their friends at the university knew that they were engaged. Furthermore, when Obama Sr. arrived in Hawaii in September of 1959 he was already married to a Kenya woman named Kezia Aoko who was allegedly pregnant with his first child when he had abandoned her two years before. He returned to Kenya to have three more children with Aoko.
As Obama Sr.'s first marriage may not have been legal under Hawaiian law, bigamy was probably not an issue when he married Ann Dunham - or perhaps he was a polygamist who was allowed to have at least four wives. There is speculation that Ruth Nidesand, an American woman whom he met at Harvard later was another of his wives as she followed him back to Kenya.
Obama Sr. was not an American citizen and was probably a citizen of Kenya which would make him a British subject. This fact should have led to a congressional debate on Obama's eligibility to serve as President.
The Constitution states "No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of the Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of the President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and being fourteen years a Resident within the United States."
The Fourteenth Amendment states "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are Citizens of the United States and the State wherein they reside." There is no definition of "natural born citizen" in the Constitution. Several attempts to provide a definition have been made and rescinded. The prevailing meaning seems to be that all children born of citizen parents within the jurisdiction of the United States are themselves citizens. This would mean that Obama may not be eligible to be President.
Congress did not question Obama's eligibility, by it did question McCain's eligibility to be President. McCain was born in the Panama Canal Zone on an American military base which is a place under the jurisdiction of the United States. His parents were Americans. Consequently, under existing law he is eligible to be President and there should be no controversy about that fact. Yet the Senate found it necessary to pass a resolution stating that McCain is a "natural born citizen". Why was such a resolution necessary? Senator Claire McCaskill, a "Democrat" (communist agent), introduced the resolution which was unnecessary but could easily pass, but then she attempted to change the wording to obtain "blanket coverage", so the it would state that other foreign-born candidates without military backgrounds would be eligible. This change would have allowed Obama to be eligible after it was discovered that he would not be under existing law. It was a sneaky way to cheat.
There is no convincing evidence that Obama was ever born in Kenya. On the other hand, it can be shown that there is no convincing evidence that he was ever born in Hawaii. There was a taped telephone conversation between Obama's Kenyan grandmother, an interpreter, and an American Christian minister (Ron McRae). At one point, the grandmother allegedly stated that she was present at Obama's birth in Kenya - then she allegedly clarified this by stating that she was not present at his birth and that he was born in Hawaii. From the confusion and lack of clarity in the tape, it would appear that the problem was with the translating and poor telephone connection. Earlier, the grandmother had been obviously angry over the marriage that led to Obama's birth, so it would have been unlikely that Ann Dunham would have traveled to Kenya to have the baby.
Two days after Obama's victory, the Kenyan ambassador to the U.S. implied in a radio interview that Obama was born in Kenya. The ambassador later stated that he was under the impression that the host was asking about Obama Sr. Bloggers are not often interested in facts so much as political advantage. Those on both sides of the issue are guilty of leaving out the whole truth. It is very unlikely that Obama was born in Kenya.
The birth certificate is another problem entirely. Hawaii has a long-form birth certificate which can be photocopied as legal proof of birth. It is prepared by a hospital or the attending physician at the time of the birth. It usually includes each the parent's residence address, race, birthplace, date of birth, etc.; the child's name and birthplace; and information on the doctor or doctors involved. This form is signed by at least one of the doctors.
Hawaii also has a "Certificate of Live Birth" or COLB. This was placed online during the Presidential campaign. This is not a true birth certificate because it proves nothing. In 1961, the year of Obama's birth, there were many ways to obtain a COLB that all left open the possibility that the child was born outside the U.S.
If the person were allegedly born in Hawaii but not attended by a physician or midwife, then one parent must provide the proof of residence as well as pre-natal and post-natal certification by a physician. The pre-natal report would certify that the mother was pregnant. The post-natal report would certify an examination of the newborn baby.
If a person were allegedly born in Hawaii but not attended by a physician or midwife, up to the first birthday of the child a "Delayed Certificate" could be filed. This required a summary statement of the evidence submitted in support of the acceptance for delayed filing - or the alteration of a file shall be endorsed on the certificate which evidence shall be kept in a special permanent file.
If a child is allegedly born in Hawaii for whom no physician or midwife filed a certificate of birth, and for whom no Delayed Certificate was filed before the first birthday, then a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth could be issued upon the testimony of an adult if the Office of the Lieutenant Governor is satified that the person was born in Hawaii, provided that the person had attained the age of one year.
From the above choices, it is apparent that the form Obama shows as his birth certificate could have been obtained fraudulently. However, Frederick, in his book, explains precisely how the form was forged. "In June, the pro-Obama website dailykos.com received from the Obama campaign's Tommy Victor an allegedly scanned copy of Obama's "birth certificate." The original computer image was provided to four websites. It is a COLB rather than the long-form. It was replaced the following day with a lower-resolution version that could not be as easily discovered to be a forgery. Dr. Ron Polarik examined it and subjected it to over 700 tests and determined that it is a forgery. The "birth certificate" was "written with bitmap fonts rather than vector fonts - an indication that that the text was superimposed on a blank form using a graphics program. Image Exit data also supports the argument that the document is a computer forgery. The original jpg scan was likely saved as a gif file, edited as a gif image, and then saved as a jpg file. (According to Polarik, the process explains, for example, the color loss that appears in between the letters of the words "child's name" on the document.)
"The forgery process likely involved scanning someone's valid Hawaiian document as a jpg file, converting it to a gif file, using a graphics program to cover the existing text with copied background image, placing the new Obama text over that, and then saving the file as a jpg document with enough compression (a 45 percent compression ratio) to attempt to hide the alterations. Lending credence to the forgery suspicion is the fact that the alleged certificate used a 2007 form for the background but copied a 2008 seal and signature stamp.
"The scanned image... shows no crease marks from having been folded, but those creases should be visible on the document image. A photograph of the document on FactCheck.org shows the document, clearly folded and 'posed' for the photograph to indicate that it is a 'real' piece of paper. It is illogical for the photograph to show the paper folds while the scanned image does not. Had the document been folded and placed in a regular business envelope for mailing from Hawaii, the fold marks would have been visible in both the FactCheck.org photograph and the scanned image - but the scanned image shows no fold marks. One explanation is that the document was created on a computer and that image was published for the Internet. The computer image was then printed and folded for the photograph to 'prove' the form exists."
A hex editor was also used to see the raw file contents of the displayed image. I shows that the image was edited with Adobe Photoshop CS3 software, on June 12, 2008, at 8:42 in the morning. "A paper document that is simply scanned and posted on the Internet would have no such information with the raw file information."
Two Hawaiian newspaper announcements from 1961 support Obama's Hawaiian birth. But both newspapers simply reprint birth information received from Hawaii's Department of Health - so Obama's parents did not need to place the birth announcement in the papers. The announcements do seem to show that there was a COLB issued documenting Obama's birth. If so, why was it not used instead of a forgery put out in 2008?
Hawaii's Health Director, Chiyome Fukino, released a statement that she saw "original vital records" verifying that Obama was born in Hawaii. She does not tell what the vital records were. If they were pre-natal and post-natal certifications that could allow for a parent to obtain a COLB, this could indicate that the child was not necessarily born in Hawaii. In the statement issued by Fukino, she has misspelled Obama's first name. Why?
Aaron Klein found a 2007 Associated Press photograph of Obama's school registration papers as a child in Indonesia. He was listed as a Muslim with Indonesian citizenship. He was registered under the name "Barry Soetoro" by his stepfather who was an Indonesian citizen. It is not clear whether Leo Soetoro had adopted Obama, but if he had done so before Obama had reached the age of five while in Indonesia, Obama would have automatically been an Indonesian citizen. Even if Soetoro had adopted Obama in Hawaii, the adoption would not have been recognized in Indonesia, as Indonesia at that time did not recognize dual citizenship.
Obama traveled to Pakistan in 1981. A passport with a visa was required. At that time, it was difficult for a U.S. citizen to obtain a visa for Pakistan. It would have been much easier to obtain a visa for an Indonesian passport. Indonesian citizenship is revoked after the citizen has been out of the country for more than five years - unless he formally declares his intention to return. It is unlikely that Obama has retained his Indonesian citizenship if he ever had one. However, it raises the question as to whether Obama had used the name Barry Soetoro while in the U.S. When Obama registered as an attorney in Illinois under the name Barack Obama, he stated that he did not have any former names.
Obama's records from Occidental College have been kept secret. It is possible that those records show Obama as a foreign student from Indonesia. Being classed as a foreign student may have helped Obama tap into government education grants. In this case, Obama is foreign born and not a U.S. citizen - therefore not eligible to be President. On the other hand, if Obama lied to obtain grants for his education, was actually born in Hawaii, and used his Indonesian adoption papers and Jakarta school records to show himself as a foreign student, he would have been committing fraud - not exactly something new for Obama.
Supposedly, Obama attended Columbia University and lived off campus. Four hundred college students from that period at Columbia were contacted by Fox News. None of them remembered Obama. Wayne Allyn Root was another political science major who graduated in 1983. Root stated that he does not know a single person at Columbia who ever knew Barack Obama. Although Root was Class of '83 political science, pre-law (just like Obama), he never met Obama. At the 20th class reunion, Root was asked to be the speaker of the class - no one had ever heard of Obama, and the guy who writes the class notes, the macha who knows everybody, has yet to find a human who ever met Obama. Obama's photograph does not appear in the school's yearbook, and Obama consistently declines requests to talk about his years at Columbia, to provide school records, or to provide the name of a former classmate or friend while at Columbia.
Obama gained acceptance to Harvard Law School primarily via a letter of recommendation written by the attorney for Malcolm X - who was asked to write the letter by a radical Muslim and mentor for the founders of the Black Panthers. Khalid Abdullah Tariq al-Mansour is believed to have been the main financial backer and planner for Obama for as long 25 years. Another letter of recommendation was written by John McKnight, who serves on the Gamaliel Foundation's Board of Directors and well as on the board of the National People's Action, another Alinsky-inspired activist group.
In the past, Harvard has had exceptionally high admission standards, but it is not clear how Obama managed to get into Harvard. Apparently, Obama simply "had connections." Obama was supposed to have been selected as one of 40 editors of the Harvard Law Review, but he seems to have written only one article in which he argues against placing limits on abortion. He states that abortions would: ...prevent increasing numbers of children born into lives of pain and despair.
Obama continues to refuse to provide school records, passports, college theses, law school records, law firm clients, medical records, Illinois State Senate files, and any other proof of his former existence. A list of items follows.

It is obvious that we have become a nation that has no real and functioning Federal Bureau of Investigation other than those who must cater to the communists in power. The FBI has been muzzled and somehow that muzzle must be removed.
In 2011
Nancy Pelosi is still alive and as well as her face-lifting compound allows. But she is no longer a major threat, and will not be President if, somehow, Obama were taken out of office and Biden were not there to take over. Perhaps, the threat of having Biden or Pelosi in the White House is the major reason that even the right wanted to extinguish any further controversy over Obama's birth certificate.
Recently, Donald Trump brought up the birth certificate controversy but did not follow through with it. Even those on the right are afraid of embarrassing the U.S. in case the alleged birth certificate is a forgery. Obama finally brought up his "birth certificate" on-line (again). According to my brother, who has a superior computer set-up, the "new" certificate was the same old forgery. Yet even a document that is a known forgery does not prove that the real document does not exist.
We don't need Obama in the White House for any more time than he has already spent there. Indeed, his only pro-American function to date has been the exposure of many communists and anti-American radicals who are trying to destroy us. They are Obama's friends and fellow communists. For this reason, I believe the fact that he is most likely a communist/Muslim (what a combination) who has all but succeeded in destroying us as a free nation, makes it imperative that we get rid of he and Biden as soon as possible and with whatever means we have to do so - including showing that Obama was not born in the U.S.
In 2012
Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation, has launched a campaign to expose B.O. as an imposter. He has presented a photocopy of a "Registration of Gradebook" that serves to establish the fact that B.O. is not a U.S. citizen. It was apparently filled out by his father so that B.O could enter school in Indonesia.
The document shows that Barry Soetoro's claimed date of birth was in Honolulu on 4-8-1961, his nation of citizenship was Indonesia, his religion Islam, his address Menteng Dalam R001/R003, his date of acceptance 1-1-1968, he was in first grade, his listed parent was Lolo Soetoro, his father's occupation was unintelligible but had to do with "Geography" (name of mother used only if father was deceased), and his father's address (same as B.O.'s). : Other blanks were not filled in.
It is an Indonesian government document that shows B.O. is the acknowledged son of an adoptive father, who was an Indonesian citizen. This alone arguably denies B.O. the chance of being a natural-born citizen of the U.S. At the time that B.O. lived and attended school in Indonesia, Indonesia barred foreign students from attending its public schools. Every time that a child registered in an Indonesian school, the child's name and citizenship status had to be verified by the government. The document shows that B.O. was registered as an Indonesian citizen by the name of Barry Soetoro, with Lolo Soetoro listed as his father. This is important because by acknowledging B.O. as his son on the government form, Lolo Soetoro legally established the boy as an Indonesian citizen. By Indonesian law, B.O. could not be a citizen of another country as well as an Indonesian citizen, so any claim to being a U.S. citizen had been renounced. At that time, Indonesia was a police state, requiring students to carry government and family identity cards. This all meant that B.O. could never regain U.S. "natural born" status - if he ever had it. At best, B.O. could become "naturalized" if the proper paperwork were filed with the U.S. State Department, through the U.S. Immigration Service, after his return to the United States (something his U.S.-born mother never did).
There is also evidence that B.O. was born in Kenya to a mother too young at age 18 to confer U.S. natural-born citizenship status to him. His grandmother has repeatedly stated that she was present in the Kenyan hospital during B.O.'s birth.
The United States Justice Foundation, P O Box 131637, Houston, TX 77219-1637, is circulating petitions to be given to each state's Secretary of State, demanding that B.O. be disqualified to run for President.

A year ago a brief was filed by Attorney Larry Klayman against Obama and is still in the Alabama Supreme Court where two justices are interested in finding the truth about Obama's birth. Klayman is the founder of Freedom Watch.
This case is brought on behalf of 2012 Constitution Party presidential nominee Virgil Goode and Alabama Republican Party leader Hugh McInnish, who are asking Alabama's highest court to force Secretary of State Beth Chapman to verity that all candidates on the states 2012 ballot were eligible to serve.
If the parents' citizenship is a qualifier for Obama, by his own admission it fails. He states that his father was a Kenyan student who came to study in the U.S. but was never a U.S. citizen. In fact, Obama Sr. was already married in Kenya before he met Stanley Ann Durham, Obama's mother.
Klayman, in a brief, argued that the secretary of state, having the power to certify candidates, can surely de-certify [disqualify] them if they are found to be ineligible. He pointed out that California Secretary of State Debra Bowen rejected Petra Lindsay because she was 27 years old when the requirement, according to the Constitution was that the president be at least 35 years old.
In an earlier case, the same court denied a petition to require Obama to submit an original birth certificate before being placed on the state's ballot. At the time, Justice Parker filed a special unpublished concurrence in the case.
McInnish has attached certain documentation to his petition, which, if presented to the appropriate forum as part of a proper evidentiary presentation, would raise serious questions about the authenticity of both the "short form" and the "long form" birth certificates of Obama that have been made public.
The "certain documentation" is the result of a Cold Case Posse investigation launched by Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio. Arpaio's investigation has concluded that based on the evidence, the birth certificate documentation presented by the White House as "proof positive" of Obama's eligibility actually is fraudulent, created on a computer and not representative of any official document. Investigators have raised the possibility of fraud on the American voters because of the document, and forgery on the part of those who created it.
Chief Justice Roy Moore is wondering about the truth. In an interview with WND in 2010, he defended Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin's demand that Obama prove his eligibility as commander-in-chief of the military. Lakin was stripped of his office and removed from the military when, on getting new orders, he said he wanted to see evidence that Obama was his legitimate commander-in-chief. Following the orders of a fake would be illegal.
At the time, Moore said Lakin "not only has the right to follow his personal convictions under the Constitution, he has a duty... And if the authority running the efforts of the war is not a citizen, [and] in violation of the Constitution, the order is unlawful."
Moore said that he had seen no convincing evidence that Obama is a "natural born citizen" - as the Constitution requires of presidents - and a lot of evidence suggests that he is not.
"This is the strangest thing indeed", he said, "The president has never produced [evidence] in the face of substantial evidence he was not born in this country. People are accepting blindly based on their feelings, not on the law."
The pending case, on appeal of a dismissal by the Montgomery Circuit Court, said the Alabama secretary of state failed her constitutional duty to verify the eligibility of candidates. Klayman asserts the secretary of state "has an affirmative duty that stems from her oath of office under both the U.S. and Alabama constitutions, to protect the citizens from fraud and other misconduct by candidates." As a result of her refusal to investigate the qualifications of candidates, Klayman says, "a person believed to be unqualified for that office has been elected." The remedy, he said, "is to require each candidate to do what every teenager is required to do to get a learner's permit... It is to produce a bona fide birth certificate... and the secretary of state is the official to cause that to happen."
Citing the investigation by Arpaio's Cold Case Posse, Klayman says state officials "gained knowledge from an official source that there was probable cause to believe that Barack Obama had not met a certifying qualification."
"It would be paradoxical beyond measure if the real and grave question of the legitimacy of the de facto president, a question which lies at the very heart of our American constitutional government, were left unresolved for want of the simplest of documents, a birth certificate." If the issue is not resolved, Klayman said, "citizens will be left with the impression "that their government was dysfunctional and has ignored their real concerns."
Moore has established his own reputation as a justice unafraid of calling the results as he sees them under the Constitution, with little regard for the consequences. A decade ago, he was removed from the same office he now holds for defying a federal court order to remove the Ten Commandments monument from the state Supreme Court building.
Arpaio's chief investigator, Mike Zullo, stated "When this information is finally exposed to the public, it will be universe-shattering." Zullo has testified that the White House computer image of Obama's birth certificate contains anomalies that are unexplainable unless the document had been fabricated piecemeal by human intervention, rather than being copied from an genuine paper document.
"Mr. Obama has, in fact, not offered any verifiable authoritative document of any legal significance or possessing any evidentiary value as to the origins of his purported birth narrative or location of the birth event," Zullo explained, "One or our most serious concerns is that the White House document appears to have been fabricated piecemeal on a computer, constructed by drawing together digitized data from several unknown sources."
Zullo has also noted that the governor of Hawaii was unable to produce an original birth document for Obama, and it should have been easy to find.
More recently, Grace Vuoto of the World Tribune reported that among the experts challenging the birth certificate is certified document analyst Reed Hayes, who has served as an expert for Perkins Cole, the law firm that has been defending Obama in eligibility cases. Zullo states "We have obtained an affidavit from a certified document analyzer, Reed Hayes, that states the document is a 100 percent forgery, no doubt about it."
The Tribune reported that Hayes agreed to take a look at the documentation and called almost immediately. Hayes said, "There is something wrong with this." He produced a 40-page report in which he says "based on my observations and findings, it is clear that the Certificate of Live Birth I examined is not a scan of an original paper birth certificate, but a digitally manufactured document created by utilizing material from various sources."
"In 20 years of examining documentation of various types, I have never seen a document that is so seriously questionable in so many respects. In my opinion, the birth certificate is entirely fabricated."
Investigator Douglas J. Hagmann of the Northeast Intelligence Network reported that in October an affidavit was filed in a court case, under seal, that purportedly identifies the creator of the Obama certificate. He said Douglas Vogt, and author and the owner and operator of a scanning business who also has an accounting background, invested over two years in an investigation of the authenticity of the document. Vogt, along with veteran typesetter Paul Ivey, conducted "exhaustive research of the document provided to the White House Press Corps on April 27, 2011 - not the original PDF, a critical distinction that must be understood," wrote Hagmann.
"Using their combined experience of 80 years in this realm, they conducted extensive examinations of the 'copy' that was used as the basis for the PDF document. They acquired the same type of equipment that was used back in the late 1950s and early 1060s in an attempt to recreate the document presented as an 'authenticated copy' proving the legitimacy of Barack Obama. Instead, they found 20 points of forgery on that document and detail each point of forgery in the affidavit," wrote Hagmann.
"Even more interesing, Mr. Vogt claims to have identified the 'signature' of the perpetrator, or the woman who created the forged document, hidden within the document itself. Her identity, in addition to the identity of the other conspirators and their precise methods are contained in a sealed document supplementing the public affidavit."
