PLENARY POWER DOCTRINE

The United States of America was founded upon the principle that "we the people" have the unalienable right to choose whom we shall allow to enter the country. The Constitution does not extend its rights or benefits to the whole world.
The Constitution is the supreme law of the land. The executive and legislative branches of the U.S. government are responsible for making laws that do not conflict with the Constitution, including those having to do with immigration. The power of the judicial branch extends to all cases in law and equity arising under the Constitution and laws of the United States, and more, according to Article III, Sectiom 2 of the Constitution. The judicial branch does not have the authority to create a law or to change an existing law.
"Plenary" means "unqualified" or "absolute". The executive and legislative branches of the U.S. government have "plenary power" over immigration, and the Supreme Court has never dared to limit the "plenary power" of the political branches over immigration. A nation is not a nation unless it has borders that are maintained and laws that prevent undesirables from crossing those borders. These laws may be based upon race, religion, national origin, or anything else, and still be allowed under the plenary power over immigration.
In the old days before the Democrat Party was taken over by Communists by appropriating more acceptable names such as "Progressives" or "Liberals", U.S. Senator Pat McCarran and Representative Francis Walter (both Democrats) authored the McCarran-Walter Immigration Act which passed in 1952 over Harry Truman's veto. This Act clearly states "Whenever the president finds that the entry of any aliens, or of any class of aliens, into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants." In addition to barring the entry of "any class of aliens" who may be "detrimental to the interests of the United States" the law says the president may "impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem appropriate."
During the Cold War, when many Americans were still awake, the McCarran-Walter Act was used to keep out aliens who were members or "fellow travelers" of members of the Communist Party or of Communist front organizations. In 1980, this law was used by President Jimmy Carter during the Hostage Crisis to suspend visas to anyone who wanted to come here from Iran.
The Cold War was never really won. It had been an arms race that the Soviets were losing economically, so they changed the emphasis of their thrust by appearing to be friendly and placing more Communists in our country than ever before. The object was to put us to sleep until they could take us over completely.

Teacher's unions are bent upon teaching our children that guns must be taken from us, that Socialism nnd Communism are what must be the American norm, that nationalism is wrong and the United Nations must become a global government under which we must be subservient. Today, we have a Socialist Party, a Communist Party, and a Democrat Party that have the same goals. These have joined forces with George Soros and the globalists who want to take us over, with open borders and a United States military so weakened that it will be a pushover for the United Nations military.There is a movement against the Plenary Power Doctrine. Leftist Senator Pat Leahy has proposed an amendment that was adopted by the Senate Judiciary Committee with the help of seven turncoat Republicans. It states: "It is the sense of the Senate that the United States must not bar individuals from entering into the United States based on their religion, as such action would be contrary to the fundamental principles on which this nation was founded."
The United States was founded upon principles that are, in most respects diametrically opposed to Islamic principles. According to the Koran, Mohammed told his followers to move into a country gradually and take it over when there were enough Muslims in that country to do so. As you look at the nations of the world today, you can see that this has been happening. Assuming that there are Muslims who are willing to assimilate and adopt the laws of this nation, there are still others who are not so willing, and they are a threat. Thus, we have those who have succeeded in killing many Americans.
President Trump used a perfectly legal executive order, to hold for 90 days while vetted, people coming here from seven nations without stable governments. One federal Judge opposed him, using a lawsuit brought by the Attorney General of the state of Washington. This is Judge James L. Robart of the state of Washington. He is a "Democrat", nominated by U.S. Senator Pat Murray and U.S. Representative Maria Cantwell (both "Democrats"). The Attorney General of Washington is Democrat Bob Ferguson.
These "Democrats" are not like the ones of John Kennedy's day. Nor are the "judges" of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals anything like the judges of John Kennedy's day. Anyone with any expertise in the English language can see that they are making their own law rather than adhering to existing federal law. They are obviously against keeping Americans safe, and are against the doctrine of plenary power. This is treasonous.
Trump was elected because enough Americans had awakened to vote him in. When the Communists (Progressives) were busy intimidating those who were for Trump, many of the Trump people simply were quiet. Why should they risk bodily harm by speaking when voting is a private act? The press cooperated by not publishing the truth. It is no surprise that enough Americans finally had awakened.
Aside from the Communists who have been put in place as "judges", there are many in the government who are Communists or useful idiots, and Trump is having problems with leaks and insubordination. Before very much more has transpired, it is imperative that Trump clean house by firing all the Communists and useful idiots in the government, including the rank and file civil servants as well as the administrators, who were put in place or left in place by Barack Obama. Until this is done, there will be a nest of traitors in every government bureaucracy. They will not do anything Trump and the American people want. Instead, they will create havoc and stall in anyway possible. Those criminals who are caught leaking or otherwise acting feloniously, should be prosecuted to the fullest and jailed. This has gone far beyond Obama. These are Communists, wolves in sheeps' clothing, who act independently with the agenda furnished by Vladimir Putin and various globalists.

Decades ago ln the United Kingdom, the Leftists were using brigades to intimidate newspaper editors through letters to the editor and telephone calls. Once the editor agreed to the Lefist demands, the intimidation ceased. This is how even the small newspapers were turned to the Left. The same has been attempted here in the USA when an editor publishes any rightwing news releases or letters to the editor. The editor of Georgetown Gazette who once published both leftwing and rightwing letters and news releases retired recently. She had been targeted at different intervals but did not succumb. There may already be a movement by the left to intimidate the new editor. Time will tell. However, targeting those who send in rightwing letters has apparently begun.
On March 2, 2017, a new editor published the following letter which was given the tirle,
JUDGES MAY NOT BE SO OBJECTIVE.
The Democrats/Progressives working with George Soros and his minions have been very successful in showing their anti-constitutional agenda. Contrary to the rumor that they are all mentally retarded, it appears that too much mental effort is required to circumnavigate the twisted paths of illogic found in their propaganda. This is especially true regarding their judges on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
I believe that most of us in El Dorado County prefer to live in the safety and freedom provided by the Bill of Rights in the Constitution of the United States and the legal actions of the Executive and Legislative branches of the federal government. This is impossible in a state dominated by socialists/communists who do not even realize that their unconstitutional and dishonest actions are obviously despicable and their justifications ludicrous.
Let us pray that the state of Jefferson will soon become a reality.

Objection to Lew Price's Letter
I object to Lew Price's letter of March 2 in two ways. Price characterizes perceived opposition to his absolutist agenda as rumored to be "mentally retarded." As a former special education teacher I have witnessed both the humanity and the greatness of soul in individuals Price disparages as "mentally retarded" and as "minions." If another citizen or groups of citizens have either mental disabilities or values and opinions which Price disparages, such hatred and latent violence is morally obectionable and wrong both by the 1st and 14th Amendments. Hidden within his hatred, I fear the inchoate wish for social death and systemic violence against both groups.
It should be remembered that at the beginning of the Nazi period in 1933 the Nazi government proclaimed the so called Law for Prevention of Progeny with hereditary diseases. This law forced the sterilization of all persons who suffered from diseases considered hereditary, such as mental illness, retardation physical deformity, epilepsy, blindness, deafness, and severe alcoholism. This law applied within the Reich and later territories captured by the Reich. These acts led to policies of systemic killing of the mentally ill and the handicapped. In October 1939, Hitler himself issued a decree which empowered physicians to grant a "mercy death" (the preferred term for mass murder) to humans whose status were considered mentally retarded. The treatment of political opponents of the Reich is generally more well-known than the treatment of the handicapped.
From our history, we know such hateful language can too often lead to horrific consequences. I hope Price can modify his language and beliefs so they do not help to generate violence. I pray we Americans can disagree without hatred and the wish to violence to those we might disparage.

I thank Mr. Shumway for this excellent example and hope to have more such letters as his to show in the future. Letters do a marvelous job of showing how each leftist writer thinks. If Trump is to succeed, transparency from the rank and file leftists is necessary, as well as that of the judges put in place by the leftists. Communism and Globalism
Monopolies are the beginning of world domination in the sense that each one controls its own area of expertise. Monopolies are the first stage in socialism because socialists can nationalize complete segments of the economy by simply taking over monopolies. As a socialist government gradually nationalizes each monopoly or near monopoly, the government becomes what is known as Communist, in which all industries and all citizens are simply tools of the government. The Chinese Communist government was given a new name that meant the same thing as Communism. After the Russian government was overthrown in the 1991 revolution, the power vacuum was filled by the same people as before with different names, and the industries were taken over again by the Russian government. Obama was planning to use an option of martial law if he could have set the stage for it. His executive order called "National Defense Resources Preparedness" is an example of his desire to become a complete dictator. This was something that each president created for himself, but Obama went way beyond what any other president wanted.

We have laws against monopolies, but the politicians have not been enforcing those laws because campaign funds from those wanting their monopolies help the politicians to be elected.The supposed object of a Communist government is to give the wealth to everyone, each according to his needs. This has never worked because too many people in a Communist nation find it easy to allow everyone else to shoulder the load, while the lazy ones simply coast along. Furthermore, those who should be best able to handle their industries have eventually been removed from their areas (and in some cases killed) so that politically appointed government bureaucrats can take their places. For example, when the peasants in Russia were killed and the bureaucrats took over the farms, a famine resulted because the bureaucrats were incapable of managing the farms.
Communism is a movement to take over the world. The wealthy Globalists use them as a tool for world domination under the rule of the Global aristocracy. The United Nations is also a tool for world domination by wealthy Globalists. The United states has been in their way but has been slowly taken over Globalist operatives.
The Globalist aristocracy has evolved from what were once royalty in feudalistic societies. Their true object is to again have serfdoms with their aristocracy in charge and the rest of us as slaves. This is being accomplished gradually through various means such as bad food (compliments of Monsanto and others like them), global warming propaganda (to take the U.S. economy down), weakening the U.S. military (so that the United Nations can take over the United States), elimination of firearms in the U.S. (so that the Second Amendment can no longer protect the other amendments in the Bill of Right), little by little taking away all the Amendments in the Bill of Rights, having Communists and Globalsts indoctrinate our children (using public schools and teachers' unions), the Federal Reserve Act (actually creating an unconstitutional Big Bankers' Cartel), and a progressive income tax (with consequences too numerous and rotten to show here). See Income Tax. Then there is the dictatorship of judges which is almost complete due to Obama's appointees.
The Political Judges
Our Federal Government was intended to have three branches; the Executive, the Legislative, and the Judicial. The Legislative was to answer to the will of the people to create laws. The Executive was to administer those laws and to balance the Legislative with the Executive veto power so that the Legislative could not go too far. The Judicial was not to have any political authority whatsoever, but rather to interpret the laws created by the Legislative and signed by the Executive branch.
The Communists who have infiltrated our government are always at work attempting to find ways to create havoc. The Constitution has a way built into it to alter it using amendments which must be put into place by the means described in the Constitution itself. Thus, it would probably never be possible for Communists or anyone else to change the Constitution by legal means. So the Communists and Globalists have found that they put federal "judges" in power who are Communists (Progressives) or some other brand of anti-Americans. These "judges" can create new laws and alter the Constitution through their decisions. Several examples of this can be seen as single leftwing judges have been preventing President Trump for exercizing his plenary power to protect us.
On Fox News recently, we saw Dianne Feinstein, a Progressive agent who has been causing trouble for years in the U.S. Senate, state that the Constitution is a document designed to be changed with time, by various means. Those of us who have studied the Constitution and its creation know better, but she calls us "originalists" which is an Alinsky way to label and target her opposition. She and her cohorts in the Senate have been doing all they can to discover if Judge Neil Gorsuch can be persuaded to do political adjudicating in favor of the Communist Democrats' desires or anyone else. He has not agreed to do so and is in the process of being smeared by the Senate Communist Democrats like Senators Dianne Feinstein, Patrick Leahy, and Al Franken. Hopefully, the voting majority of America will continue to be awakened by the antics of such traitors and realize that we are being conned. It is treasonous to attempt to force a judge to give decisions based upon politics, and to badger him because he is doing his job in the finest and most correct way possible.

The whole purpose of the federal courts is to have a judicial branch that interprets the laws made by the legislative, and in some cases, the executive branch of the government. It is ridiculous to call the good judges originalists because their whole purpose was to maintain the originality of the Constitution. Doing otherwise makes them just another legislative branch, but one that cannot be held easily accountable by the voting public. Today, with communists and anti-Americans appointing traitorous judges, America is in serious trouble. We need to have a way to remove bad judges from power.
A publication of Phyllis Schlafly's Eagles had the following comments regarding traitors masquerading as judges. The Senate and House Judiciary Committees should hold extensive hearings on various proposals to stop the usurpation of power by federal courts.
