Article I, Section 2, last paragraph, of the Constitution states The House of Representatives shall choose their Speaker and other officers; and shall have the sole power of impeachment.
[In this case, impeachment means to bring a public official before the proper tribunal on a charge of wrongdoing. It is merely the act of bringing the public official to trial - not the act of trying the official.]
Article I, Section 3, last two paragraphs, of the Constitution states The Senate shall have the sole power to try all impeachments. When sitting for that purpose, they shall be on oath or affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside; and no person shall be convicted without the concurrence of two-thirds of the members present.
Judgment in cases of impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust, or profit under the United States; but the party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to indictment, trial, judgment and punishment, according to law.
Article II, Section 4, of the Constitution states The President, Vice President, and all civil officers of the United States shall be removed from office on impeachment [accusation] for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.
Many have asked why B.O. (Obama) has not been impeached, implying that, now that the House of Representatives has the power to do so with a Republican majority, the Republicans are remiss in their duty to the public. The truth is that before impeachment proceedings can be started, those asking for impeachment must find a relatively clear path for a successful conclusion. With a Senate that has a Democrat (essentially communist) majority, trying the President would be a waste of time. The Senate majority must be at least two-thirds in favor of removing B.O. from office before the House starts impeachment proceedings.
Furthermore, removal of B.O. must be followed by removal of Biden if the communists/progressives are to be taken down sufficiently for us to have even a halfway decent republic. Therefore, it is imperative that we elect honest people who honor the Constitution in the elections of 2012.
The major part of the media was taken over by the communists long ago. Since Glenn Beck left, even Fox News seldom bothers to tell us the news we need to hear. Most of their people seem to be more interested in the doings of Madonna or Lady GaGa than letting us know about what is happening with Scott Walker in his fight against the unions. If one goes online to find news, one may be successful, but not everyone has the means to go online. This means that we need to have a means to take the mainstream media back.
The Western Center for Journalism (WCJ) has been attempting to bring back a media that tells the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. It was founded by Joseph Farah (the brains behind World Net Daily) and James H. Smith (former publisher of the Sacramento Union). Its president is Floyd Brown who wrote the bestseller Slick Willie, telling why America could not trust Bill Clinton.
The WCJ is responsible for the Impeach Obama Campaign (see ImpeachObamaCampaign.com, which has an online petition calling for Congress to impeach B.O.). According to the WCJ, the petition has over one million signatures. However, the site has been hacked since it is a threat to Obama, and is not able to be used at this time (March 31, 2012). There is a snail mailing campaign going on which covers the eventuality of site problems. Those who wish to donate or ask for petitions can do so via the following address.

Articles of Impeachment
Resolved, that Barack Hussein Obama, President of the United States, is impeachable for high crimes and misdemeanors, and that the following articles of impeachment be exhibited in the United States Senate:
Articles of impeachment exhibited by the House of Representatives of the United States of America in the name of itself and of the people of the United States of America, against Barack Hussein Obama, President of the United States of America, in maintenance and support of impeachment against him for high crimes and misdemeanors.
Article 1
In his conduct while President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama, in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, has:
Unlawfully exercised the authority of his office to take private property for public use in violation of the Fifth Amendment of the United States Constitution, which guarantees to the People that "private property shall not be taken for public use without just compensation," and without "due process of law";
Unlawfully interfered with the management of private companies for the purpose of achieving government control of them,in violation of the Fifth Amendment of the United States Constitution.
Unlawfully interfered with the economic rights of the People by imposing unreasonable impairments in the fulfillment of their intended contractual obligations, and their ability to enter into such contracts, and attempting to change our fundamental economic system, where there is no significant or legitimate public purpose to do so.
In so doing this, Barack Hussein Obama has undermined the integrity of his office, has brought disrepute on the Presidency, has betrayed his trust as President, and has acted in a manner subversive of the rule of law and justice, to the manifest injury of the People of the United States.
Wherefore, Barack Hussein Obama, by such conduct, warrants impeachment and trial, and removal from office and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust or profit under the United States.
Article 2
In his conduct while President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama, in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, has prevented, obstructed, and impeded the administration of justice, and to that end, through his subordinates and agents, has:
Unlawfully engaged in a conspiracy to suppress evidence of the true place of his birth. This obstruction of justice has resulted in a violation of the constitutional provision that a President of the United States must be a natural born citizen.
Unlawfully refused his assent to the Laws of the United States, and exercised false powers of veto that are contrary to the Constitution.
In all of this, Barack Hussein Obama has undermined the integrity of his office, has brought disrepute on the Presidency, has betrayed his trust as President, and has acted in a manner subversive to the rule of law and justice, to the manifest injury of the People of the United States.
Wherefore, Barack Hussein Obama, by such conduct, warrants impeachment and trial, and removal from office and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust or profit under the United States.
It is true that, at this time, the progressives/communists in the Senate will be sure to block any attempt to convict B.O. Therefore, at this time, it is unlikely that the House of Representatives will impeach B.O. However, if more of us are aware of what can be done to rid ourselves of B.O., there will be hope, and more encouragement to elect those who can become part of a two-thirds majority in the Senate against B.O. and his progressive/communist cabinet. For this reason, dollars to the WCJ for circulation of the petition should be a good investment. Furthermore, this investment can result in more awakening of the public and a more rapid elimination of the traitor/agent and his minions when the time is ripe.
Bear in mind that impeachment is also a means of eliminating progressive/communist senators like Barbara Boxer and Diane Feinstein of California.
